本発明は、経糸と緯糸とのいずれか一方の糸に木炭粉末を含有する木炭含有繊維糸を使用して該木炭含有繊維糸が織り地表面に現れないように織成した木炭含有繊維織物及び該織物の染色法に関するものである。

特開2000-290826 号公報には、木炭を微粉砕した木炭パウダーを繊維中に分散させた木炭含有繊維糸が開示されている。

また、特開平8-302537号公報には、無撚りのマルチフィラメント炭素繊維からなる経糸、緯糸を粗い平織組織に製織した炭素繊維織物が開示されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明者は、前記従来の木炭含有繊維糸を用いて織物を製織すれば、木炭による遠赤外線効果やマイナスイオン効果による蓄熱・保温効果や健康向上作用や抗菌・消臭効果等に優れた機能を発揮する織物を提供できることに着目し、前記従来の炭素繊維織物と同様に平織組織に製織した織り地表面を染色して模様を形成してみたが、該表面に木炭含有繊維糸が現れているために、染色模様に木炭含有繊維糸の黒色線や黒色斑点が混ざり、美麗な友禅染等の反物とは程遠いものであった。

そこで、木炭含有繊維糸を使用しても該木炭含有繊維糸の黒色に影響されることなく染めることができる蓄熱・保温効果や健康向上作用や抗菌・消臭効果を有する木炭含有繊維織物を得ることを技術的課題として、その具現化をはかるべく研究・実験を重ねた結果、木炭含有繊維糸を経糸と緯糸とのいずれか一方の糸に使用して他方の糸にて木炭含有繊維糸を覆うように織成すれば、織り地表面には木炭含有繊維糸が現れないので該木炭含有繊維糸が現れていない織り地表面を染色すればよいという刮目すべき知見を得、前記技術的課題を達成したものである。

前記技術的課題は、次の通りの本発明によって解決できる。
