Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention is a plain woven rug having a printed pattern, that is, a relatively thick flat plate woven by a plain weave structure having no cut pile or loop pile on the surface, an oblique (twill) weave structure, a satin weave structure, or the like. It relates to rugs made of fabric.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The plain woven rug is flat and has no unevenness and has a low commercial value compared to a rug made of a pile fabric having a cut pile and a loop pile.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The printed pattern is applied to increase the commercial value of the plain woven rug, but since the printed pattern is applied to various articles, it does not exhibit a special eye-catching aesthetic just by giving the printed pattern.
[0004]
OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to give a change in appearance to a printed pattern applied to the surface of a plain woven rug so as to make the flat rug more attractive.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The plain woven fabric 17 according to the present invention uses a plastic tape yarn as a warp 11 and fiber yarns composed of a number of fibers having a single yarn fineness of 15 denier or less as wefts 12 and 13, and a warp interval (V) and a weft interval. (S) is set to 1 to 3 mm, and the surface weft 12 is woven by the weft double weave structure (c) by the surface weave structure (a) which lies under the warp 11 at a ratio of 1 to 4 to 6 warps, The gap 14 between the adjacent warp yarns is 0.5 mm or less, the gap 15 between the adjacent front and weft yarns has a woven density of 1 mm or less, and a printed pattern 16 is provided on the surface.
[0006]
The multifilament yarn or spun yarn 12 having a single yarn fineness of 15 denier or less is less glossy due to irregular reflection on the surface of each fiber. Thus, a tape yarn is used for the warp yarn 11, and this is the weft yarn (12) 4 When the warp yarn 11 appears on the surface over the surface weft yarn 12 at a ratio of 1 to 6 yarns, the luster of the warp yarn 11 scattered on the surface of the plain weave rug gives a strong impression. The printed pattern 16 applied to the item has a three-dimensional effect.
[0007]
In the present invention, the first reason for the surface weft 12 to be submerged under the warp 11 at a ratio of 1 to 4 to 6 warps is that if too much warp 11 appears on the surface, the tape yarn (11) This is because, as in the packaging base fabric used for the background, the entire plain woven rug 17 flickers and gives a cheap impression, and the second reason is that the tape yarn (11) compared to the multifilament yarn and spun yarn (12). ) Is not dyeable, and the printed pattern 16 cannot be drawn clearly. The third reason is that in the woven fabric having a woven structure in which the ratio of the warp 11 appearing on the surface is small, warp and weft This is because the number of connection points is small and the wear resistance as a rug is lacking.
[0008]
The reason why the warp interval (V) and the weft interval (S) are 1 to 3 mm, respectively, is that the warp yarn 11 that exceeds the front weft yarn 12 at a ratio of 1 to 4 to 6 front weft yarns has a less glossy periphery. Appears like 1 to 3 mm squares surrounded by weft 12 and attracts attention, but if it is too thin, it does not attract special attention and is dotted with printed pattern 16 The desired effect of giving a feeling cannot be obtained, but on the other hand, if it becomes too large, the entire plain woven rug 17 gives a cheap image as if the packaging material was diverted as described above, and if it is too large This is because the dye liquor / paint does not soak into the back surface 19, the portion 20 of the front weft 12 that lies under the warp 11 is not colored, and the sharpness of the printed pattern 16 decreases.
[0009]
That is, in the present invention, the reason why the tape yarn (11) having no dyeability is used as the warp and it appears on the surface at a ratio of 1 to 4 with 6 to 6 front wefts is due to its gloss. Not only to give the printed pattern 16 a three-dimensional effect, but also the tape yarn (11) is non-hygroscopic like the plastic film, and the paint of the dye liquor adhering to it is not absorbed by the tape yarn (11). The surface yarns 20 that have been submerged under the tape yarn (11) are colored by the soaked dyeing liquid and paint, while the tape yarn (11) is similar to a plastic film. The color (20) of the front weft yarn 12 which is transparent or translucent and has no concealing property and is colored underneath appears on the surface of the tape yarn (11), and the wrinkle is also a tape yarn (1 Squares 18 also exhibit one of the human being colored), since squares color print pattern across 16 even themselves not be colored directly becomes bright. In this respect, if the area of the tape yarn (18) that appears as a mesh 18 is large, the dye solution / paint does not sufficiently soak into the surface 20 of the surface weft submerged thereunder, and the mesh 18 is white. It remains and the saturation of the entire printed pattern becomes worse.
[0010]
In particular, when the warp interval (V) is set to 1 to 3 mm and the gap 14 between adjacent warps is set to 0.5 mm or less, the dye / coating material is obstructed by the adjacent and closely arranged warp 11. It becomes difficult to penetrate into the back weft 13 and is sufficiently absorbed by the front weft 12 so that the printed pattern 16 becomes clear. Therefore, in order to prevent the dye liquor / paint from being absorbed only by the front weft yarn 12 and hardly absorbed by the back weft yarn 13, the adjacent warp yarns 11 and front weft yarns 12 are brought into close contact with each other, and the gap between them. It is desirable to reduce 14.15 as much as possible.
[0011]
The reason why the plain weave rug 17 is the weft double woven structure (c) is that the plain weave rug 17 is given a thickness to further enhance the three-dimensional effect of the printed pattern 16 and the slight gap 15 formed on the front and weft yarns 12 and 12 is also reversed. When the weave 13 is used to make the printed pattern 16 clear and the plain woven fabric 17 is used outdoors, the dust does not enter the surface from the back, and when it is used inside the vehicle, the wet body is plain woven. This is to prevent water from flowing around the back surface of the rug 17 and contaminating the seat.
[0012]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
1 and 2 illustrate a specific example of a plain weave rug 17 according to the present invention. In this plain woven rug 17, the warp 11 appears on the front surface at a rate of 1 for every 4 front wefts, and appears on the back surface at a rate of 1 for every 4 back wefts.
[0013]
That is, the warp 11 is warped in units of four (W 1 to W 4 ), and the four front wefts F 1 , F 2 , F 3 , F 4 and the four back wefts are sequentially driven therebetween. In contrast to B 1 , B 2 , B 3, and B 4 , in a complete weaving structure, warp W 1 appears on the surface over the front weft F 1 and appears underneath the back weft B 2 on the back. The warp W 2 appears on the surface over the front weft F 2 and appears under the back weft B 3 and appears on the back surface. The warp W 3 appears on the surface over the front weft F 4. Table We on the back dive under the back wefts B 1, the warp W 4 is our table on the back dive under the backing weft yarn B 4 appear on the surface beyond the top of the table weft F 3.
[0014]
The warp interval (V) is 1.4 mm, and the weft interval (S) is 1.8 mm. In the figure, 21 is a colored part and 22 is an uncolored part. The plain weave rug 17 can be finished by dipping and squeezing in a resin solution, or by applying a backing agent on the back surface.
[0015]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, as described above, the glossy warp 11 on the entire surface appears in the form of a grid (18) of 1 to 3 mm in length and width, and the surface of the warp itself 11 is not directly colored. Shows the color of the dyed surface weft (20), the dye liquor and paint applied to the surface is absorbed by the surface weft 12, and the surface weft 12 that appears a lot on the surface is a swell with a single yarn fineness of 15 denier or less. On the other hand, the warp yarn (18) that appears on the surface is a non-swelling tape yarn, so that the portion where the tape yarn appears (mesh 18) becomes a recess and the weft appears. A feeling of unevenness in which the portion becomes a convex portion appears on the entire fabric, and a plain weave rug 17 in which the printed pattern 16 is clear, has a three-dimensional feeling and is rich in aesthetic changes is obtained.
