Problems to be Solved by the Invention Although the above-mentioned conventional products have advantages such as being lightweight, wrinkle-resistant, and excellent in weather resistance, they have the following problems. In other words, the use of acrylic spun twisted yarn (heated twisted yarn) makes it unsuitable for piece-dying after weaving, and the desired color must be finished by yarn dyeing, and due to the limitations of this dyeing process, lot The units were large, making it unsuitable for producing a wide variety of products in small quantities with different colors. In addition, since the yarn used is a spun yarn, the surface tends to become fluffed due to friction, and the surface is also easily stained, which combined with the drawback that the appearance deteriorates over time. Furthermore, in recent years, there has been a strong tendency for furniture such as partitions and chairs to be in harmony and consistency with the floor carpet in order to coordinate the overall interior space. Compared to carpets, woven fabrics have a plain appearance, lack a sense of depth and volume, and have different textures, making it difficult to meet the above requirements.

In view of the above-mentioned problems, the present invention is suitable for small-lot, high-mix production, has excellent stain resistance, has a voluminous appearance, is rich in structure stability, does not cause fuzzing, and has an appearance similar to carpet. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a fabric for upholstery of furniture, which can easily achieve a harmonious appearance.

That is, the upholstery fabric for furniture according to the present invention is

Furthermore, the textile structure may be appropriately selected from among single layer structures, ie, three-layer structures including plain weave, twill weave, and satin weave, or variations thereof, or a combination thereof. Among these, it is recommended to adopt a two-warp bevel weave, which is one aspect of the three-way change weave, that is, a weft in which the wefts are alternated front and back for every two adjacent warps.

The weft yarn 1 is a continuous single-woven fiber such as a nylon fiber or a polyester fiber, and is a BCF yarn, which is a bulky thread that can be piece-dyed by crimping and crimping a large number of single fibers 11 having irregular cross sections. Bulked
Continuous Filament) thread is used. The use of nylon filaments is particularly preferred. Although the specific shape of the irregular cross section that the single fibers 11 should have is not particularly limited, as shown in FIG. It is preferable to have a so-called square hollow cross section having a plurality of hollow parts 11a. In the case of such a square hollow cross section, the adhered dirt becomes less noticeable in appearance due to diffuse reflection of light, as shown by arrow A in FIG.

In addition, the weft yarn 1 emphasizes it on the F side of the fabric and expresses the desired volume, so at least
You should use one with a thickness of 1300d or more,
If the thickness exceeds 3,900 d, which is three times that amount, the disadvantages of weaving will be greater, such as the difficulty of weaving, excessive volume, increased basis weight, and increased material cost. Therefore, 1300
A value in the range of ~3900d should be used, and it is particularly desirable to use a value in the range of about 2000~3000d.

As shown in FIG. 3, it is advantageous to use a heather dyed yarn in which a plurality of unit yarns 1a, 1b having different dyeing properties are aligned. Therefore, as a specifically preferable weft yarn 1, for example, as shown in FIG. 2600d/, which uses 1300d deep yarn made of 80 nylon single fibers 11 bundled in thread 1a.

It is necessary that the warp yarns 2 do not cause yarn breakage during the weaving stage, exhibit good restraint to the weft yarns 1 as much as possible, and maintain good structure stability. For this reason, spun yarns made of spun and twisted yarns are used. The type of fiber is not particularly limited, and in addition to nylon, acrylic yarn, ester yarn, polypropylene yarn, etc. can be arbitrarily selected and used. In order to express the texture, a yarn with a finer count than the weft 1 should be used. In view of this relationship, it is particularly preferable and recommended to use nylon spun yarn. Specifically, for example, when the 2600d/2BCF knee-different dyed yarn is used for the weft, it is preferable to use a 22/2 cotton count nylon spun yarn for the warp.

As the textile structure, a single layer structure is adopted. The single-ply weave includes the basic three-way weave of plain weave, oblique weave, and satin weave, as well as variations thereof, and mixed weaves.
It includes honeycomb weave and mosao weave, but Mihara weave or its variation is preferably used, and more preferably,
Among these, as shown in FIG. 1, it is desirable to use a two-warp bevel structure in which the weft 1 is alternated front and back for every two adjacent warps 2. In other words, such a diagonal structure is preferable because a large amount of the weft yarns 1 are exposed on the surface, giving a good sense of volume while maintaining good structure stability.

Effects of the invention The fabric for upholstery of furniture according to claim (1) according to the invention uses a piece-dyed monofilament such as nylon or polyester for the weft, so that
It can be dyed to any color after weaving, making it suitable for producing a wide variety of products in small quantities with different tones.
In addition, since continuous single fibers with irregular cross sections are used for the weft yarns, dirt is less likely to adhere to the surface compared to spun twisted yarns, and adhering dirt is visually noticeable due to the diffuse reflection characteristics of light due to the cross-sectional shape. It becomes difficult. Furthermore, by using a bulky textured yarn whose wefts are crimped, it has a bulky appearance, and the appearance of the wefts is embossed, making it possible to express the resemblance of texture to that of a carpet. It can be used to upholster partitions and chairs to easily coordinate the overall interior. Furthermore, since spun yarns made of spun twisted yarns are used as the warp yarns, the locking effect of the raised fibers ensures the fixation of the weft yarns, resulting in good structure stability. In combination with the above-mentioned selection of the threads used, this makes it possible to weave with a high-speed loom, and it is possible to produce a woven fabric with a sense of volume and depth at a relatively low cost.

In addition, by using a square hollow cross section for the continuous single fibers of the weft yarn, we have achieved stain resistance due to diffused reflection of light.
In particular, it can help to make dirt less noticeable in appearance.

Furthermore, by using a weft with a thickness in the range of 1,300 to 3,900 d, it is approximately equivalent to the thickness of general pile yarn for carpet, and the appearance is more consistent with that. I can do it.

In addition, by using threads with a finer count than the weft threads for the warp threads, we can make the weft threads stand out visually and emphasize the sense of volume, while also employing a two-warp bevel weave to prevent misalignment. It is possible to further increase the effect of emphasizing the volume while maintaining the preventive effect, that is, the tissue stability as well as possible.
