Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 この考案は商品の移動ストック装置に関し、ストック商
品を平面状にしたまま上下反転や横転させることなく装
置内で移動ストックさせる装置に係わる。
一般に商品仕分けの範ちゅうで移動させながら商品をス
トックさせる装置は、例えば展示を兼ねた商品の取り出
しを目的とした場合に適している。
この考案の目的は例えばベルトコンベヤで移送されてき
た商品を自動的に垂直方向移動の水平なトレーに載せて
上昇させ、更に商品を反転させることなく上方部から下
方に向かって水平なトレーを下降させる間欠移動のスト
ックが行える装置を提供することにある。
以下にこの考案の一例を示した図面に基づいて詳述する
。
１は上下をスプロケットホイール２，３で支架された一
対の無端状チェーンで、この無端状チェーンにその走行
方向と直角となるように多数トレー４が固定されている
。
例えばトレー４の両端に無端状チェーン１が固定されて
いるものでよい。
又、トレー４は同間隔で且つ駆動側のスプロケットホイ
ール２の間欠、駆動ピッチと同一間隔に配列されている
。
更に、このトレー４は一方側から他方側へ商品が滑り移
動しても支障のないよう構成されている。
次に無端状チェーン１はその上方部においてチェーン１
の下降側ａへ全体が傾斜している。
このときチェーンの上昇側における垂直部分から傾斜部
分へ移項するとき、チェーンが傾斜するため当然トレー
４ａも傾斜し、その傾斜は下降側のチェーンの方向へ向
かって下る方向となり、下降側チェーンの水平なトレー
４ｂ上へ商品が滑り落ちることになる。
５は商品移送用ベルトコンベヤで垂直方向に上昇するト
レ一群の最下端のトレー４ｃの横に設けられ、プッシャ
ー６によって間欠的に商品の積込みが行われる。
又、下降側のチェーンに固定された最下端のトレー４ｄ
は下端のスプロケットホイール３のアールに従って傾斜
するためトレー４ｄ上の商品は滑り落ちることになるか
、その下部に排出又は取り出し用コンベヤ７を配設して
おくことで商品の排出又は取り出しが可能となる。
以上の如く、この考案にあっては、垂直方向に一定距離
だけ間欠的に移送される無端状チェーンをその上方部に
おいてチェーンの下降側へ傾斜させ且つチェーンの走行
方向と直角にトレーを固定すると共に、上昇するトレー
の最下端で商品を積み込み、且つ下降するトレーの最下
端で商品を取り出すようそれぞれベルトコンベヤを配備
したものであるから、まず、上昇するチェーンの上方部
における傾斜位置でトレー上の商品は下降側のチェーン
の水平なトレー上に転載されるので、常にストック商品
が間欠移送され乍らも横転又は反転することなく商品を
正しい位置で載置しながらストック保持出来るという効
果がある。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 一対の無端状チェーンと、この無端状チェーンの進行方
    向に対して直角方向に固定された多数の商品載置用トレ
    一群と、このトレ一群に商品を投入する手段及びトレ一
    群から商品をとり出す手段とから成る商品ストック装置
    において、前記無端状チェーンは略全体が垂直状に設け
    られ且つ上部が下降する側に傾斜するよう配備され、ト
    レ一群の上昇方向側下端部から商品が積込まれ、トレ一
    群の下降方向端部から商品が排出されるよう構成された
    ことを特徴とする商品ストック装置。
