Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は例えば繊維品を高圧湿熱処理するために使用す
る高圧スチーマ缶体内の雰囲気を測定調整する装置に関
するものである。
工業生産する例えば長尺布帛の前処理、あるいは染色加
工を高速度連続的に行なう装置として高圧スチーマが採
用されつつある。
この高圧スチーマは、高圧湿熱を保持すべきスチーマ缶
体の布帛導入口及び布帛導出口の夫々に、布帛は連続的
に通すが、スチーマ缶体内の高圧湿熱は保持することが
できるシール機構を具備せしめて、このスチーマ缶体内
を例えば１．６０℃前後の高圧湿熱の雰囲気となし、該
雰囲気中に被処理加工布帛を通すことによって精練、漂
白、あるいは染色等を高速度連続的かつ短時間に行なう
ことができるようになっている。
ところが、かかる高圧スチーマを使用した例えば布帛の
染色処理においては、その染色液に含まれている酸の気
化によってスチーマ缶体内部の雰囲気が酸性化されてし
まうこととなり、このスチーマ缶体内雰囲気の変化によ
り常に一定かつ均一な染色が連続的になされなかったり
、あるいはスチーマ缶体内壁が腐蝕される等の問題点が
あるが、従来においては稼動中の高圧スチーマ内雰囲気
を測定することは不可能であった。
本発明はかかることから鑑みてなされたもので、高圧ス
チーマの稼動中において、該スチーマ缶体内の雰囲気を
検知することと、この検知した結果においてスチーマ缶
体内の雰囲気が所望のｐＨ値以外である時、そのスチー
マ缶体内を所望のｐＨ値となるように調整することがで
きるようにした装置を提供するものである。
以下に本発明を図面に示す実施例に基いて詳細に説明す
る。
１は被縮絨布帛を高圧湿熱の下で処理するためのスチー
マ缶体であって、このスチーマ缶体１に布帛導入口２及
び布帛導出口３の夫々には導入側シール機構４及ぶ導出
側シール機構５が設けられている。
これらのシール機、溝は高圧スチーマ缶体１内の高圧湿
熱を保持しながら布帛の導入、導出を許すために設けた
ものであって、それらシール機構は本発明者が既に開発
している適宜のシール機構を選択的に使用することがで
き、またこのシール機構は本発明の要旨ではないので、
シール機構についての説明は省略する。
６はスチーマ缶体１内に配設したガイドロール７にガイ
ドされて移送され、この移送中において高圧湿熱処理さ
れる布帛である。
８は凝結器であって、この凝結器８はスチーマ缶体１内
蒸気の一部を供給する蒸気供給管９と、この蒸気供給管
９より供給された蒸気を液化せしめるだめの凝結槽１０
と、この凝結槽内で液化された液を凝結槽内でオーバー
フローさせてスチーマ缶体内に還元させる排液管１１と
、凝結槽１０の外周に形成された冷却槽１２とからなっ
ている。
１３は凝結槽内底部の凝結液中に浸漬されるｐＨ検出器
であって、このｐＨ検出器からの検出信号は表示器１４
及び変換器１５に伝達される。
この変換器によって電圧又は電流に変換された出力でポ
ンプ１６又は電磁弁を動作してｐＨ調整剤槽１７内の液
が適宜宛スチーマ缶体内；こ供給されるようになってい
る。
本実施例は以上のように構成されたものであるが、次に
その作用について述べると、スチーマ缶体１内は常圧以
上（５，５Ｋ７／ｃｒ＆ ）前後の高圧湿熱の雰囲気と
なして布帛６の湿熱処理を連続的に行なうが、この高圧
スチーマ内の高圧蒸気の一部は凝結器８内に供給され凝
結される。
凝結槽１０の外周囲には冷却槽１２が設けられているた
め凝結速度がきわめて早い。
尚凝結液の新陳代謝を良好にしてスチーマ缶体内に蒸気
質を正確に検出するため、凝結槽１０内の液溜り部容積
は小さい方が望ましい。
凝結槽内における凝結液内にはｐＨ検出器１３が浸漬さ
れていることからこのｐＨ検出器による出力信号で例え
ば指示針が動作されると共に変換器によってｐＨ値に対
応する起電力によってポンプあるいは電磁弁等が動作さ
れてスチーマ缶体内蒸気を中和するに必要な量のｐＨ調
整剤をスチーマ缶体内に自動的に送り込むものである。
従って本発明によれば高圧スチーマ缶体内の蒸気雰囲気
の変化状態を常に検知することができ、又スチーマ缶体
内の蒸気雰囲気のｐＨ値が常に一定となるように自動制
御することもできる効果がある。

Claims (1)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. １ 高圧スチーマ内蒸気の一部を導出して凝結する凝結
    器と、この凝結器による凝結液中に浸漬されるｐＨ検出
    器と、このｐＨ検出器からの検出信号で動作する表示器
    及び変換器さ、この変換器からの出力で前記高圧スチー
    マ内へ送り込むべきｐＨ調整剤の送り込み量を制御する
    手段を備えていることを特徴とする高圧スチーマ内の雰
    囲気測定調整装置。
