Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a clear film-forming paste excellent in mass productivity, by incorporating an organocerium compd., an organozinc compd., a tackifier, and an org. solvent; as well as a clear film with good film performance, by applying said paste on substrates and baking it. CONSTITUTION:A clear film-forming paste is obtained by incorporating an organocerium compd. (e.g., cerium trisacetylacetonate), an organozinc compd., (e.g., zinc octoate), a tackifier (e.g., cellulose compd.), and an org. solvent dissolving said three components (e.g., butyl cellosolve). The total content of the organocerium compd. and the organozinc compd. in said paste is pref. 2-30wt%. By subjecting said paste to screen printing on substrates such as glass or ceramics and baking at a temp. of about 400 deg.C or higher, a clear film of cerium oxide/zinc oxide is formed into a desired pattern.

A paste is prepared by mixing an organic cerium compound, an organic zinc compound, a thickener, and an organic solvent in a predetermined ratio, and the paste is then patterned into a desired shape using a rough IJ-screen plate. Screen printing onto a substrate such as or ceramic. By pre-drying the powder and firing it at a temperature of about 400° C. or higher, a transparent film of cerium oxide-zinc oxide is formed in a desired pattern. This film is not only transparent, but also extremely strong and has relatively high insulation properties. Further, by appropriately controlling the total amount of the organic cerium compound and the organic zinc compound in the paste, a film of 30001 or less can be freely formed.

次に本発明の実施例について説明する。Next, examples of the present invention will be described.

Table As is clear from this table, the transparent metal oxide film formed using the paste containing an organic cerium compound and an organic zinc compound soluble in an organic solvent according to the present invention is Even if the film thickness is relatively thick, the wet lJS light transmittance in the visible region is high, and it also has high electrical insulation properties. In addition, the film using the first stroke of the present invention has good screen printability,
The printed surface is extremely rough.◇ As a result of examining the total content of organic cerium compounds and organic zinc compounds in the paste and the presence or absence of cracks in the formed coating, it was found that the total content was 3.
If it exceeds 0% by weight, cracks may occur. On the other hand, if the talk, I+/proprietary ratio is less than 2 layers, the amount is too small and it is almost impossible to form a film. Therefore, if the total content of organic cerium compounds and organic zinc compounds in the paste is controlled within the range of approximately 2 to 30M, the film thickness will be 50%.
A beautiful transparent metal oxide film of 0X to 3000X is formed.

The present invention has the above-mentioned structure, and if it is a paste for forming a transparent film that can be screen printed and is easy to pattern, it can transmit light even if the film thickness is relatively large. It is possible to form a transparent film with high efficiency and insulation properties.
