Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は煙風道内に設置するガスミキシング装置に関す
るものである。
熱交換器及び加熱器の出口はガス（または空気）の温度
が不均一な状態であり、煙風道内を不均一２な状態のま
までガスが通ることは、低温腐蝕などの悪影響発生の原
因であることは知られていた。
従来、この対策として煙風道内にガスミキシング装置を
設けて、温度の不均一による悪影響の防止をはかつて来
たが、ガスミキシング装置のプレ３−ドは固定式のため
充分なミキシングが行えず、部分的に不均一温度の生ず
ることは避げられない不都合があつた。本発明はこれら
従来のガスミキシング装置の不具合を解消して均一なミ
キシングの期待できる装装置を提供するものである。
本発明を実施例の図面に基づいて説明する。
第１図はガスミキシング装置の主要部であるプレートユ
ニットを示すもので、＾は平面図を、５３）は正面図を
示すものである。所定のガス量を通過させるに充分な開
口面積を有する矩形の枠形をするフレーム１の内部に、
等分に配置される複数のプレート２は、主軸３をフレー
ム１上の主軸受５に、従軸４をフレーム１上の従軸受６
に回動自在に承支されている。主軸３および従軸４はそ
れぞれプレート２の中央に設けることは、力の平衝上望
ましい。フレーム１のブレード２に対応する場所に調節
レバー固定装置８を設け、プレート２に設けられる調節
レバー７を固定させる。この調節レバー固定装置８の詳
細を第２図に示し、＾に平面図、０３）に断面正面図を
示す。
フレーム１の主軸３に対応する位置に調整レバー固定装
置台９を固着し、それに半円形の溝を有する調整レバー
固定装置８が設けられている。主軸３の上端近くに固着
される調整レバーＴは、レバー固定ネジ１０により、プ
レート２を開から閉までの位置に、左廻わにも右廻わに
も適宜に９００の開度まで調整レバー固定装置８に固定
される構造となつている。このようなプレートユニット
を一つは軸が水平に、もう一つは軸が垂直になるように
、適当な間隔をおいて煙風道の中に設置するのが本発明
に基づくガスミキシング装置で、第３図に示すように、
ダクト１１に水平な軸をもつプレートユニット１２を接
続させ、適当な間隔をおいて垂直なプレートユニット１
３を配設したものである。
このような構成をもつガスミキシング装置であるから、
運転をした場合不均一なガスの流れを検出した時は、水
平軸のプレートユニット１２、あるいは垂直軸のプレー
トユニット１３の、それぞれのプレートの開度を動かす
ことにより、均一したガスミキシングが行われる位置を
見出し、そこでレバー固定ネジ１０を調整レバー固定装
置８に緊定する。
本発明によるガスミキシング装置を使用するときは、ブ
レードの角度が運転後にも調整可能となつたため、運転
後のミキシング効果を把握しながら最適状態のブレード
の位置をセツトすることができ、ガスミキシング装置は
ドラフトロスが問題になることが多いが、町変角度のブ
レード式にすることによりガスミキシング効果と、シス
テムドラフトロスの最適の状態に保持することができ有
用なものである。

第１図は本発明の要素であるブレードユニツトの、Ａは
平面図、Ｂは正面図を示し、第２図はレバー固定装置の
詳細を、Ａは平面図、Ｂは断面正面図をもつて示し、第
３図は本発明としての２つの直交する軸をもつガスミキ

Claims (1)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. １ 設計風量を通過させる開口部を有する枠の内部に複
    数個の枠外部に角度固定装置を有する回動可能なブレー
    ドを有するブレードユニットを、適当な間隔をおいて、
    回動軸の方向が相異るよう配設する構造を特徴とするガ
    スミキシング装置。
