【図面の簡単な説明】
第１図は複層管の構造を示す断面図、第２図は本考案を
適用した複層管製造工程の説明図、第３図は本考案の実
施例を示す斜視図、第４図ａ、　　ｂは成形シューおよ
び断熱材が次第に管状に曲げられる状態を示す断面図で
ある。 図面で１０は内管、３０はダイス、２４は成形シュー、
２４ａ、２４ｂはそのコ字状折曲部、２６．２７，３３
，３５．３７はテーピング装置である。

Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）搬送される内管が貫通するダイスと、該ダイスの
    入側に設けられ帯状断熱材を供給されて該断熱材を両側
    から曲げて管外周を囲むようにする成形シューと、成形
    シューの入側に設けられ両面接着テープを管長手方向表
    面に該断熱材の突合せ部と同位置となるよう貼着するテ
    ーピング装置とを備えてなることを特徴とする断熱複層
    管の断熱材巻付装置。
  2. （２）テーピング装置は、テープを繰り出すアンコイラ
    −と、テープを管へ貼着する鼓状ロールと、両面接着テ
    ープに剥離紙がある場合はぞの剥離紙の巻取リールとを
    有することを特徴とする、実用新案登録請求の範囲第１
    項記載の断熱複層管の断熱材巻付装置。
  3. （３）　　成形シューは、帯状断熱材の両側縁をガイド
    するコ状折曲部を備えることを特徴とする、実用新案登
    録請求の範囲第１項記載の断熱複層管の断熱材巻付装置
    。
