Abstract

PURPOSE:To construct concrete walls having excellent water proofness at low cost by a method in which an outside disposable form panel whose outer face is bonded with a wide-width water-proof sheet is attached to a temporary material, and the adjacent water-proof sheets are connected between the tongue pieces. CONSTITUTION:A floor formwork 4 is fixed on the leveling concrete 3 of the foundation. A water-proof floor sheet 5 is laid on the leveling concrete 3, and the edge 5a of the sheet 5 is raised along the inner surface of the formwork 4 to bond the edge 5a with the formwork 4. A reinforced panel is set on the sheet 5 and floor concrete 6 is placed. Also, a temporary member 7 is fixed to the upside of the floor concrete 6, and a disposable form panel 9 is hung down from the member 7. The water-proof wall sheet 12 adhered to the panel 9 is bonded with the tongue pieces of the sheet 5. The lower end of the panel 9 is fixed to the upside of the formwork 4, and concrete 14 is placed between the inner and outer disposable form panels 9a and 9b.

Generally, on-site work at building construction sites is easily affected by natural conditions such as weather, so it is extremely important to reduce the number of on-site man-hours as much as possible, shorten the construction period, and improve work efficiency.

However, in the conventional method of constructing reinforced concrete side walls, the roots of the site are cut, crushed stones are laid down, and concrete is poured, and then the wall reinforcement is placed using the rising reinforcements. After assembling, arrange formwork panels on both sides, tie them with separators to determine the wall thickness, joint the form ties to the separators, assemble the vertical pipes and horizontal pipes into cross-beams, fix form ties C, and then attach the formwork. Since concrete is placed between the panels, it takes a lot of man-hours and time to prepare for concrete pouring, and it also takes a lot of time to dismantle formwork and clean up after pouring concrete. The drawback is that it takes a lot of time and it is difficult to reduce costs.

Another drawback is that the quality of the reinforced concrete is likely to be affected due to uneven spacing between the wall reinforcement and the formwork panels.

In particular, when the wall surface is a side wall of an underground or semi-underground area,
It is necessary to apply sufficient external waterproofing treatment, but in conventional construction methods, after dismantling the formwork, a mortar base is applied to the concrete side walls, and after this is cured, waterproofing treatment is applied. This method has the disadvantage of increasing the number of man-hours required, lengthening the construction period, and further increasing losses.

In other words, the waste formwork panel construction method of the present invention takes a waste formwork panel consisting of an outer waste formwork panel and an inner waste formwork panel as a temporary material, and pours concrete between the inner and outer waste formwork panels. When installing, attach a waterproof sheet with a width wider than the width to the surface of the outer formwork panel in advance, and connect the waterproof sheets of adjacent outer formwork panels to the side of the outer formwork panel or It is characterized by being connected on the back side.

The floor formwork 4 is arranged along the outer circumferential surface of the side wall position using this marking line, and these are fixed onto the waste concrete 3 with concrete nails. Next, the floor waterproof sheet 5 is laid on the waste concrete 3, and the two are bonded together, and the edge vicinity 5a of the floor waterproof sheet 5 is raised along the inner surface of the floor form 4, and both (5'a, 4) Glue between. Subsequently, a floor reinforcement panel (not shown), which has been assembled in advance at a factory, is set on the floor waterproof sheet 5, and floor concrete 6 is poured so as to embed it.

The waste formwork panel 9 is as shown in Fig. 3. The vertical reinforcements 1Qa and the horizontal reinforcements 10b are combined into a grid to form a wall reinforcement panel 10, to which connecting members 11 are welded at appropriate intervals, small panels are hung from hooks formed at both ends of each connecting member, and the outside is discarded. A formwork panel 9a and an inner waste formwork panel 9b are used, and a wall waterproof sheet 12 is previously attached to the outer waste formwork panel 9a from slightly above the center to its lower end. The wall waterproof sheet 12 and the floor waterproof sheet 5 are made of synthetic rubber, soft vinyl chloride, etc. and have waterproof properties.

As is clear from FIGS. 2 and 3, this wall waterproofing sheet 12 is wider than the width of the outer formwork panel 9a, and therefore both sides protrude to both sides of the outer formwork panel. The tongue pieces 1 2a and 1 2b are formed near the lower end as well, and the tongue pieces 1 protrude from the outer formwork panel 9a near the lower end.
2c is formed.

As shown in FIG. 1, the waste form panel 9 having such a structure has hanging fittings 13 screwed to the top connecting member 11.
The receiver is suspended from the temporary material 7 by fixing the hook to the metal fitting 8. In this state, if necessary, the floor rising reinforcements (not shown) protruding from the floor concrete 6 and the vertical reinforcements 10a of the wall reinforcement panel are jointed to the inner surface of the rising portion 5a of the floor waterproof sheet and the lower end of the wall waterproof sheet 12. The vicinity and between the tongue pieces 12C are adhered using double-sided adhesive tape, adhesive, or the like.

After the wall concrete 14 has cured, the hanging fittings 13, the receiving fittings 8, the temporary materials 7, and the floor formwork 4 are removed, and the inner and outer surfaces are reinforced with waste formwork panels 9, and sufficient waterproofing is performed. Reinforced wall concrete is obtained.

In the above description, an example has been described in which the tongue pieces 12a and 12b projecting to the sides of the adjacent outer side form panel 9a are directly bonded with the adhesive 13, but the present invention is not limited to this. Instead, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the tongue pieces 12a and 12b of the wall waterproof sheet are attached to the outside waste form panel 9, respectively.
It may be housed in gaskets 14a and 14b fitted on the side surfaces of a, and a waterproof connection may be made between these gaskets using caulking material 15 or adhesive tape 16.

Note that in FIGS. 2 to 5, the gaps between adjacent waste form panels 9 are shown enlarged for convenience of explanation, but it is easy to understand that in reality, these gaps can be made extremely narrow. Good morning.

As mentioned above, in the waste form panel construction method of the present invention, a wide waterproof sheet is pre-glued to the outer surface of the outer waste form panel and is attached to the temporary material, and adjacent waterproof sheets are connected between their tongues. Therefore, even if there is some gap between the outer formwork panels, the poured concrete will not flow out from there (and after the wall is constructed, moisture from the outside will not be able to enter the wall). Therefore, it is useful for the side walls of basements and semi-underground rooms where moisture infiltration is averse.

In addition, it is possible to omit formwork dismantling and mortar base curing, and externally waterproofed wall concrete can be constructed in a short construction period with good workability, making it possible to significantly reduce costs. Moreover, by using hanging type waste formwork panels, the on-site installation of the waste formwork panels is easier, and a high quality concrete wall can be obtained.
