Abstract
본 발명은 아파트용 조립식 경비실의 시공방법에 관한 것으로, 기초공사를 겸한 바닥의 시공을 현장타설 철근 콘크리트또는 조립식 기초판부재 설치로 시공한 후 그 위에 사방 벽체를 돌출 철근을 이용해 몰타르로 각각 연결하도록 하고, 상기 벽체는 각각의 공간부를 통하여 돌출된 철근등을 철판으로 상호 연결한 후 너트를 조여 연결하여 내외측의 틈새에는실리콘으로 코킹하여 메우고, 상기의 사방 벽체와 지붕은 매입된 철판의 노출부위에 현장에서 철판을 덧대어 상호 용접하여 연결하므로서 현장에서 별도의 어려운 공정을 거치지 않아도 되므로 비숙련공에 의해서도 안정되고 빠른 시공이 가능하도록 한 것이다.The present invention relates to a method of constructing a prefabricated guard room for an apartment, and to construct the floor construction combined with the foundation work by installing the site-reinforced reinforced concrete or prefabricated base plate member, and then connect the four-sided wall to the mortar by using the reinforcing bars on it.
