Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は自動車古タイヤ其の他ゴム廃品（使用済）等の
材料を乾溜釜に入れ、蒸熱せしめて瓦斯を発生せしめ、
第２容室は活性炭を充満せしめたる中へ瓦斯を導入して
、活性炭（こより悪臭瓦斯を吸収せしめて、良好なる瓦
斯を瓦斯燃焼機バーナーへ送り込んで、燃焼せしめて、
微細なる黒いカーボン黒を大量に採集せんとするもので
ある。
本発明は、自動車の古タイヤ其の他ゴム廃品は使用不能
にして、用途もなく山積して放棄したるも、これ等古タ
イヤを乾溜して瓦斯化したる瓦斯は、ゴムの悪臭が強い
ため、第２活性炭室へ送り込んで悪臭瓦斯を活性炭に吸
収せしめて良い瓦斯を燃焼機バーナーに送って燃焼せし
めて、微細なる黒いカーボン黒をドラム缶に接触せしめ
て、採集せんとするものである方法及装置。

  1. 自動車古タイヤ及ゴム製品等の廃品を、乾溜釜に入れて
    燃焼瓦斯を発生せしめて、第２活性炭室に送り、悪臭瓦
    斯を吸収せしめて、良い瓦斯を更に燃焼機バーナーに送
    って燃焼せしめて良いカーボン黒を採集する方法及装置
