Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １　乗物用の座席装置であって、別体の座部と背もたれ
    とを有し、背もたれが座部にサイド金具を介して枢着さ
    れていて、該サイド金具が前端部の範囲では、背もたれ
    をサイド金具と一緒に使用位置から前方にたたむために
    使用される、座部を貫通して横に延びる第１の旋回軸を
    規定し、かつ後端部では背もたれの下部範囲を貫通して
    いる第２の旋回軸を規定しており、該第２の旋回軸に、
    使用位置にある背もたれの傾き調節装置が配属されてい
    る形式のものにおいて、前記背もたれ４が使用位置にあ
    る状態で、背もたれ４の下部範囲８が座部１の後ろに位
    置して座面の１部分を形成しながら座部１に向かって突
    出しており、背もたれ４の突出した下部範囲８と座部１
    との互いに向かい合った面９，１２が、第１の旋回軸６
    を中心とする前記下部範囲８の旋回運動を許すように構
    成されていることを特徴とする、乗物用の座席装置。 ２　縦断面図で見て座部１の少なくとも後部の面９が少
    なくとも上部範囲において凸面を成して湾曲、させられ
    ている、実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の座席装置
    。 ３　前記凸面の曲率の中心が第１の旋回軸６上にある、
    実用新案登録請求の範囲第２項記載の座席装置。 ′４　縦断面図で見て背もたれ４の突出した下部範囲８
    の前部の面１２が凸面を成して湾曲させられている、実
    用新案登録請求の範囲第３項記載の座席装置。 ５　前記凸面の曲率の中心が第２の旋回軸７上にある、
    実用新案登録請求の範囲第４項記載の座席装置。
