Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は流体あるいは半流体を貯造および投与する伸縮
可能なパツケージに関し、ノズル部と変形アンプル部を
有し、アンプル部は内外のコンテナとガスあるいは液体
で満たされるシール空間を有する。
薬品調合用の多くの伸縮パツケージは従来より公知であ
る。
例えば点眼薬等を投与する通常の型のパツケージは単一
の柔かいコンテナあるいは半軟体のコンテナより構成さ
れており、使用時に圧縮される。この種類のコンテナの
欠点はコンテナを１００パーセント空にすることができ
ないことである。さらに齢取つた人あるいはリユーマチ
の人達等にとつて中身を空にするために締めつけること
は非常に困難である。
異なつた薬品投与を注入するために伸縮可能な注射器が
あり、その中身はピストンによつて押し出される。しか
し、その操作はかなり複雑であり失敗することもある。
この注射器の他の問題は再使用されることである。
この理由により注射器は麻酔の濫用にしばしば適用され
ることである。さらに再使用により感染する危険がある
。
上記した問題点をなくするために、特に、年取つた人お
よび弱い関節を持つ人達によつて使用される時、コンテ
ナを１００パーセント空にするために数種類の異なつた
アンプルが提案されている。例えばノズル部に向つて断
面が減少するアンプルとかベローおよびコンチエルテイ
ナ状のアンプルとかがある。しかしこれらのアンプルは
上記の問題点を解決するものではなく、ベローおよびコ
ンチエルテイナ状のアンプルにあつては「デツドスペー
ス」が問題となる。
現存する伸縮パツケージの他の問題点はパツケージによ
つて占められる空間が空にする前後において同じである
ということである。今日治療において使用される量に対
して使用されないで捨てられる量が問題になる。
本発明の目的は単純で簡単に注射器等 に結合できて安価で取扱いの容易なパツケージあるいは
コンテナを提供することである。
本発明の他の目的は１００パーセント空にできて全量が
使用できる伸縮パツケージを提供することである。
本発明の他の目的は精神薄弱の人達によつても取扱いが
できて１００パーセント空にできるパツケージを提供す
ることである。
本発明の他の目的は再使用ができなくて濫用されないパ
ツケージを提供することである。
本発明の更に詳細な説明を図面を参照して行なう。
第１図および第２図はキヤニユラ部（ｃａｎｎｕｌａ）
を有する本発明の薬品が充たされたパツケージの異なつ
た実施例を示す。パツケージ１はノズル部あるいは放出
部３とアンプル部２を有する。アンプル部２は外部コン
テナ４と内部コンテナ５を有する。二つのコンテナの間
にガスあるいは液体、好ましくは空気で満たされるシー
ルされた空間６があり、ガスあるいは液体は限定するも
のではなく両者の組合せを使用してもよい。内部コンテ
ナにおいて薬品７は流体あるいは半流体であり、投与さ
れようとするものである。この二つの実施例によればキ
ヤニユラ部８はアンプル部に接続され注射器として機能
する。
第３図および第４図は外圧（矢印）によつて内部コンテ
ナを圧縮する方法とこの圧力が均一に分配されて内部コ
ンテナの周囲に（小さい矢印）加えられる方法を示して
いる。
第５図および第６図はアンプルをつぶして再使用できな
いようにする方法を示している。
最後に、第７図はマルチパツケージユニツト状の本発明
によるパツケージの一例を示す。ノズル３はアンプル部
２と一体に構成され（プラスチツクが好ましい。）分割
して使用できる。
本発明によるパツケージは一部アプリケーター例えばガ
ラス点滴器、再充填ビン等として使用されまた一部とし
てアプリケーター部例えばキヤニユラとして接続される
。
パツケージは多くの異なつた公知の方法でシールされる
。例えば保護キヤニユラ部、コルク、栓、他の中間部材
、リユアーロツク（Ｌｕｅｒ−Ｌｏｃｋ）の取付け等に
よつてシールされる。
本発明によるパツケージは薬品投与に特に適してはいる
けれども当然他の流体あるいは半流体、例えば食品、シ
ヤンプー、石鹸等にも使用できる。
アンプル部はプラスチツクから製造されるのが好ましく
また、厳しい機械的な摩擦がある場合、外部コンテナは
空にするのを困難にしない程度に内部コンテナより強く
造られる。
本発明によるパツケージは当業者にとつて公知の他の方
法に修正されてもよく、また示した実施例のみならず特
許請求の範囲の記載によつて限定されるものではない。

Claims (4)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. （１）　ノズル部３および変形アンプル部２を有し、前
    記アンプル部２は外部コンテナ４および外部コンテナ５
    と、内外コンテナの間のシール空間６を有し、前記内部
    コンテナは投与される流体あるいは半流体物を有し、内
    外コンテナ間のシール空間は圧力伝達用ガスあるいは液
    体媒体を有し、内外コンテナは弾性材料より構成される
    ことを特徴とする流体あるいは半流体物を投与する伸縮
    パツケージ。
  2. （２）　空間６の媒体は空気である特許請求の範囲第（
    １）項記載の流体あるいは半流体物を投与する伸縮パツ
    ケージ。
  3. （３）　外部コンテナ４の弾性が内部コンテナ５の弾性
    と相違する、特許請求の範囲第（２）項記載の流体ある
    いは半流体物を投与する伸縮パツケージ。
  4. （４）　ノズル部３がアンプル部２と一体に構成される
    特許請求の範囲第（１）項記載の流体あるいは半流体物
    を投与する伸縮パツケージ。
