第１図は本考案の概念を具体化する計量装置の概略図で
ある。第２図及び第３図は夫々成る割合で導入される研
磨材を担持するために必要な噴射速度及び特定の研磨材
の流量に対して必要とされる計量オリフィスの寸法を表
わすデータの曲線である。 Ｓ：ガス供給ライン、Ｍ：主ガスライン、Ａ：研磨材ガ
スライン、Ｐ：ポットガスライン、ＡＬ：研磨材ライン
、ＡＨ：研磨材ホース、Ｈ：ガスホース、Ｔ：管路、Ｐ
Ｅ：圧力指示ライン、Ｖ：型磨材容器、２：流量制御弁
、４：ポット圧力弁、５：臨界流れガスオリフィス、７
：研磨材計量オリフィス、８：ポット圧力ゲージ、９：
混合チャンバ、１０：管路入口圧力ゲージ、１２：差圧
ゲージ。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 管路の内部を清掃するために研磨材担持ガス流を使用す
    る際の流動ガス中への研磨材を計量するための装置であ
    って：ガス供給源と連通し、そして前記清掃される管路
    と連通ずる主ガスラインと噴射ガスラインとに分岐して
    いるガス供給ラインを設け、；前記噴射ガスラインは流
    量制御弁を備え又該噴射ガスラインは前記流量制御弁の
    下端流にてポットガスラインと研磨材ガスラインとに分
    岐しており；前記ポットガスラインは研磨材容器の上部
    に連通し、そして前記研磨材容器の上部の圧力を制御す
    るための弁を備えており、前記研磨材ガスラインには前
    記研磨材容器の底部と連通ずる混合チャンバが配設され
    、前記容器からの研磨材の流れの計量を助けるために前
    記混合チャンバと前記容器の底部との間に計量オリフィ
    スを設け；前記ガス供給源と清掃される管路との間の前
    記主ガスラインにガス流動オリフィスを配設し；前記容
    器の上部から前記管路の入口近傍の成る点へと圧力指示
    ラインが連結され、該圧力指示ラインは前記容器の上部
    近傍にポット圧力ゲージを、又前記管路への入口近傍に
    管路圧力ゲージを、更に前記ポット圧力ゲージと前記入
    口圧力ゲージの動圧力の差を読み取るための差圧ゲージ
    を備えて成ることを特徴とする前記研磨材計量装置。
