した断片の斜視図、第６図は真直状態における本考案の
チューブを示した断片の縦断面図、第７図は屈曲状態に
おけるチューブを示した以外は第６　　　−図に類似し
た図面、第８図は第６図の真直状態と第７図の屈曲状態

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 対向する端縁１８．２０を有するプラスチックのストリ
    ップ１４を押し出す装置１２と、このストリップ１４を
    各巻回の１つの端縁１８を先行する巻回の１つの端縁２
    ０に重ね合わせてチューブ２４となるように軸線のまわ
    りにらせん状に巻いて外側にらせん状の波形を形成され
    たチューブ−２４を作る巻回装置２２とを有し、この巻
    回装置２２には前記軸線のまわりで円周方向に隔置せら
    れかつ該軸線の方向に延びている複数のロール３０があ
    って、これらのロール３０が前記軸線に対して鋭角で傾
    斜しており、さらに、前記ロール３０を駆動する装置３
    ６と、前記軸線に沿って延びておりかつ前記ロールによ
    って囲まれていて液状冷却剤を前記チューブの内部に加
    える冷却装置５２とを有する、らせん状に巻かれたプラ
    スチックチューブを製造する装置において、前記冷却装
    置５２が前記チューブの内部で下流に向いたスプレィ開
    口５６に終っており、このスプレィ開口は前記巻回装置
    ２２の下流で該装置にきわめて接近した位置で、前記チ
    ューブ２４の内側にぶつかるように、下流の方向におい
    てだけ冷却剤の噴流を吹き付けて前記チューブ２４を前
    記巻回装置２２を離れるように軸線方向に移動させるの
    を助けるようになっており、前記ロール３０と前記噴流
    とが前記チューブ２４を前記巻回装置２２を離れるよう
    に軸線方向に移動させる唯一の手段を構成していること
    を特徴とするらせん状に巻かれたプラスチックチューブ
    の製造装置。
