Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 産道−にの利用分野 本発明は、テレビセットの組立て１−程等において用い
られる位置決め装置に関するものである。
従来例の構成とその問題点 従来、テレビセント等の箱型形状品をコンベアＪ−で位
置決めする場合には、箱を前後、左右から抱き合わせ、
さらに高さについては、箱を搬送するだめのパレットご
と持ち上げて位置決めをするようにな六れていた。その
ため、位置決め装置が大きくかつ高価なものとなってい
た。
発明の目的 本発明は、かかる従来の欠点を解消して、安価でかつ小
型の位置決め装置を提供することを目的とするものであ
る。
発明の構成 本発明においては、箱型形状品の側面勿回転しながら接
触して停止するアームと、このアームを取付けたベース
に数個けられ、箱型形状品の底板または天板の下面を摺
動することにより設′備のベースと箱型形状品とを前後
、左右、高さにおいて位置決めするフィンガーとを備え
て構成している。
実施例の説明 以下、本発明の一実施例を図面とともに説明する０ まず、コンベア１上を流れてくる箱型形状品２は、第１
図のように、それを載置しているパレット３をストッパ
ー４で止めることによりコンベア１上で停止させる。箱
型Ｊト状品２が停止トした後、第２図のように、ベース
５の特定の位置に七ノトした側面アーム６を、それを数
句けたベース５ごと回転させて箱型形状品２の側面に接
触させた状態で回転を１１−める。
こｉｌにより、箱型形状品２とベース６との左右ノｊ向
の付量が決する。
次に、前後および高さの位置決めは、第３図に示すよう
に、ベース６に取付けたフィンガー７を前進させ、箱型
形状品２の天板２ａの内側ｊ（または底板の下側でもよ
い）に当てる。さらにフィンガー７を前進させると、フ
ィンガー７のテーパ面７　ａ　Ｋ　ｆｆ−）って箱型形
状品２が数ｆｆｆｆｍ持ち上げられ、ベース６と箱型形
状品２とを高さ方向で位置決めすることができる。この
時に、ベース５に対峙したバックアップ８が前進して起
上ることにより、フィンガー７のテーパ角を予め調整し
ておくことにより、箱型形状品２を上に持ち上げるとと
もに前にも押出し、バックアップ８に箱型形状品２が当
るまで前進させる。
以トにより、前後、左右、高さの３方向に対してベース
５と箱型形状品２との位置決めが完了する。そして、こ
のベース６にビス締め等の加工ユニツトを取付けるとｔ
により、自動ビス締め機等としての位置決め機構に採用
できる。
発明の効果 以上のように、本発明によれば、箱型形状品を簡易な構
成で正確に位置決めすることのできる安価な装置を得る
ことができるものである。

  1. 箱型形状品の側面に回転しながら接触して停止するアー
    ムと、−に記アームを取付けたベースに取付けられ、Ｈ
    記箱型形状品の底板ま７には天板の下面を摺動すること
    により設備のベースと箱型形状品とを前後、左右、高さ
    において位置決めするフィンガーとを備えてなる位置決
    め装置。
