Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate and simplify the wiring between interferometers or to other circuit and to improve the integration degree of a Josephson LSI, in the Josephson LSI including a Josephson interferometer, which comprises a base electrode constituting a Josephson element, an insulating layer for forming a junction, a counter electrode, and control lines, by providing terminals for selectively connecting wirings at the four corners of the base electrode layer.
