Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明はカヲー●フィルターの保護膜に関する。
従来、カラー・フィルターの保給ＦＮとしては、酸化シ
リコン（　ｓｉ０２）膜が耐水性向上の目的から用いら
れているのが通例であった。
しかし、上記従来技術では、耐水性が充分でなく、且つ
、酸素拡散にょシヵヲー〇フィルターの劣化とｂう問題
まで解決できないと込う欠点があった。
本発明は、かかる従来技術の欠点をなくし、耐水性や酸
素拡散層によるカラー・フィルターの劣化防止を計るこ
とを目的とする。
上記目的を達成するための本発明の基本的な拾成は、ゼ
ラチン膜を染料で染色して光フイルタ−となす、いわゆ
るカヲー●フィルターに於て、染色ゼラチン膜にシリコ
ン窒化（　Ｓｚ’３Ｎ４）膜からなる保護膜を被覆せる
ことを特徴とする。
以下、実施例によシ本発明を詳述する。
第１図は本発明によるカヲー●フィルター〇一実施例を
示す断面構造図である。ガラス基板１の表面に＃ｉ　Ｂ
ｉｓＨ４膜２が光化学蒸着法あるいはスパッタ法で形成
され、その上に、ゼラチン膜に赤、緑、青（Ｒ，Ｇ．Ｂ
）の３原色の染色を施したフィルター膜３が配置され、
その表面に昭ｊＮ４が光化学蒸着法あるいはスパッタ法
で形成されて成る。
第２図は、本発明によるカヲー●フィルターの他の実施
例を示す断面構造図である。ガラス基板ｌ１の表面には
ゼラチン腕に赤，緑Ｆ　青（　Ｒｐ　ＧｐＢ）の３原色
の染色を施したフィルター膜Ｒが配置され、その表面に
ｓ７．Ｎ４膜１３が光化学蒸着法あるいはスパッタ法で
形成されて成る。
上記の如く、本発明による５ｚ３Ｎ４保護膜をフィルタ
ー表面に形成することにより、外部からの水分あるいは
酸素のフィルタ一部への侵入による染料の劣化がなくな
るという効果がある。

  1. ゼラチン膜を染料で染色して光フイルタ−となす、いわ
    ゆるカヲー●フィルターに於て、染色セラチンｋにシリ
    コン窒化（　８６ｓＮ４）膜からなる保護膜を被覆せる
    ことを特徴とするカラー・フィルター〇
