Tableware molded from thermosetting resins such as melamine resins are widely used because they are inexpensive and hard to break. This tableware is usually colored and molded, but various ideas have been devised to add patterns to the tableware in order to increase its commercial value. An example of this is shown in FIG. That is,
A thermosetting resin molding material (L) such as a K melamine resin molding material is charged into the mold (2) formed by an upper mold (7) and a lower mold (8). ) and are tightened as shown in FIG. 1(a), and heated and pressurized to primary mold the molding material full in the mold (2) into a semi-hardened state to obtain a primary molded product (3). Next, the mold (2) is opened (if necessary, the primary molded product (3) may be taken out and transferred to another mold (2)), and a pattern is applied to the thermosetting resin. Layer the impregnated pattern cloth (4) as shown in Fig. 1(b) K,
Furthermore, the mold (2) is tightened as shown in FIG.
3) is completely cured, and the resin-impregnated patterned cloth (4) is also cured to obtain patterned tableware in which the resin-impregnated patterned cloth (4) is bonded and integrated with the next molded product (3). Here, as the resin-impregnated patterned cloth (4), conventionally,
First, a pattern is applied to the cloth by textile printing or silk printing, and then this cloth is passed through a thermosetting resin varnish such as melamine resin to impregnate it with resin, and this is dried to form a replenishment shape. This product has a problem in that when the tableware is boiled during use, the resin-impregnated patterned fabric (4) peels off on the printed surface, causing a so-called blistering condition. On the other hand, it has been confirmed from experience that such blisters are less likely to occur if offset printing is used to add patterns to cloth. However, since cloth does not stretch (that is, it does not have the stiffness like paper), it is extremely difficult to perform offset printing on cloth. In practical terms, it is difficult to apply offset printing to cloth. It was not possible to perform molding using the patterned cloth (4).

[Object of the invention] The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and it is possible to obtain a molded product (tableware) that does not easily cause blistering by making it possible to apply a pattern to cloth by offset printing. The purpose of the handle is to provide a molding method.

Therefore, in the present invention, the thermosetting resin molding material +11 is hot-press molded in the mold (2) to perform primary molding, and then the mold (2) is removed to form the surface of the primary molded product (3). The patterned fabric (4) impregnated with a thermosetting resin is layered and hot-press molded again in the mold (2) to perform secondary molding. A thermosetting resin-impregnated cloth (made by applying a pattern to a thermosetting resin varnish (after impregnating it with C+ and drying it) is printed.
4) is characterized in that the cloth (5) is impregnated with a resin and dried to form a replenishing state, thereby applying tension to the cloth (5) (i.e., creating a paper-like stiffness). The above object has been achieved by making offset printing possible, and the present invention will be described in detail below. Molding is carried out using this method, but it has a special feature in the preparation of thermosetting resin-impregnated cloth (4). That is, as shown in Figure 2, the cloth (5) is first coated with a thermosetting resin varnish (such as melamine resin).
6) Impregnate the cloth (5) with the resin varnish (6) by passing it through the cloth (5).

Here, the cloth (5) can be a natural fiber cloth such as cotton or a synthetic fiber cloth such as polyester. By drying, it becomes a pre-durref state, which is passed through an offset printing machine (Il) to print a pattern, and then cut into a predetermined size and shape using a cutter (12). A thermosetting resin-impregnated cloth (4) is obtained. Here, the cloth (6) is impregnated with the resin varnish (6) and dried, so that it is in a pre-prepped state and has a stiffness like paper. C, and can be passed through off-set printing vA (11) without any problem in the same way as paper. By performing molding using the techniques shown in (a), (b), and (c), a molded product (particularly tableware) with a pattern can be obtained.

Immediately after the above-mentioned fire molding, this resin-impregnated patterned cloth was placed between the outer surface of the primary molded product and the mold, and the temperature was immediately heated to 65°C, the molding pressure was 150 kg/d, and the molding time was 3.
Melamine tableware with a pattern on the outer surface was obtained by compression molding under the conditions of 0 seconds (Comparative Example 1) As a patterned cloth impregnated with a thermosetting resin, silk printing was performed on a cotton cloth with a thickness of 0.1 mm. Melamine tableware with a pattern on the outside was made in the same manner as in the example except that after applying a pattern, it was impregnated with colorless melamine resin varnish to a resin amount of 50% and dried.
