ぼ中央部に切り込みを有する断熱板を施工する場合の工
程を示す概略断面図、第４図は端部に緩衝材を貼着した
硬質断熱板を施工した断熱構造体を示す概略斜視図、第
５図は円弧状に形成した断熱板を施工する場合の工程を
示す概略断面図、第６図ａ、　　ｂは、■字状溝と裏面
材とを有する断熱板を施工する場合の工程を示す概略斜
視図である。一方、第７図及び第９図〜第１４図は本考
案の実施例を示すもので、第７図ａ、　　ｂは本考案に
係る断熱構造体及びその施工工程を示すための概略斜視

Claims (7)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）柔軟性と弾性を有する独立気泡発泡体よりなる板
    状発泡体に裏面までは到達しない切り込みを入れた断熱
    板を該断熱板の幅寸法より小寸法間隔で設けられた支持
    枠体間に圧挿して嵌め込んだことを特徴とする断熱構造
    体。、
  2. （２）柔軟性と弾性を有する独立気泡発泡体が初期圧縮
    弾性率０．１ｋｇ／ｃ７Ｉ！以上４０ｋｇ／ｃ７Ｉ！以
    下で、曲げ弾性率が”；！、　ｋｇ　／ｃｔ＆以上８０
    　ｋｇ／ｃｆｔ以下の発泡体である実用新案登録請求の
    範囲第１項記載の断熱構造体。
  3. （３）柔軟性と弾性を有する独立気泡発泡体がポリオレ
    フィン系樹脂発泡体、塩化ビニル系樹脂発泡体または軟
    質化したポリスチレン系樹脂発泡体である実用新案登録
    請求の範囲第１項または第２項記載の断熱構造体。
  4. （４）−断熱板が厚み（ｍ、）７幅（票）の比０．０２
    以上である実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項〜第３項のい
    ずれか１項に記載の断熱構造体。
  5. （５）　　独立気泡発泡体が独立気泡の集合体を被覆す
    るスキン層膜厚が独立気泡の平均的膜厚の少な、くとも
    ２．５倍以上の発泡体である実用新案登録請求の範囲第
    １項〜第４項のいずれか１項に記載の断熱構造体。
  6. （６）独立気泡発泡体が平均泡径３．５ｍｍ以下の発泡
    体である実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項〜第５項のいず
    れか１項に記載の断熱構造体。
  7. （７）断熱板の片面に防水・防湿性フィルムまたは防水
    ・防湿性シートを貼着して、断熱板の幅方向両端部に防
    水・防湿性フィルムあるいはシートの張出縁部を形成し
    た実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項〜第６項のいずれか１
    項に記載の断熱構造体。
