よび第５図はそのＩＣ基板における配線例図である。 １．１ａはＩＣ基板、１１は接地線接続パッド、１２．
１２３は共通接地線、１３はダイオード専用接地線およ
びＺＤはツェナダイオードである。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 複数の論理回路ユニットを同一基板上に配して形成する
    デジタル用集積回路素子において、該論理回路ユニット
    の出力部に挿入する出力信号クランプ用ダイオードの接
    地線を別記線として、複数の論理回路ユニットにおける
    共通接地線と分離し、基板上に設けた該素子の外部接続
    引出し用接地線パッドにおいて１点接地した構成を備え
    たことを特徴とする集積回路素子。
