DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a tile plate used for the outer wall of a wooden, steel frame, or reinforced building, and a method for attaching the same. In order to reduce the number of on-site construction work when installing tile plates on the exterior walls of wooden, steel frame, and reinforced buildings, we use porcelain tile pieces or bricks as large tile plates that are made up of multiple tile pieces. There are two types of PC tile boards: PC tile boards with attached pieces and alkali-resistant glass fiber-reinforced tile boards (hereinafter referred to as GRC).
Tile boards are made from concrete with a top thickness of 1.2 mm, weighing several times as much as ALC boards, and require special equipment to dry and harden. GRC tile boards also require special molds and drying equipment, and the boards are prone to warping and strain during manufacturing, so there is a limit to how large they can be used as exterior tiles, and fire resistance is also required. In this case, fireproof coating treatment is required on the back side. 2- In order to solve this drawback, it is possible to use ALC board, which has been distributed as a lightweight prefabricated wall material, as a potato material: (Due to its composition, ALC board has a soft surface, so adhesive It causes peeling and cracking at the interface with the metal and mortar, which poses a problem for practical use.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In view of the drawbacks of the prior art, it is an object of the present invention to provide an exterior tile board with excellent installation strength and practicality, and a method for installing the same.

FIGS. 1 and 2 show an embodiment of the first invention. To explain the structure according to the manufacturing procedure of this embodiment, first, a box-shaped horizontal form frame is placed on a workbench or a roller 50 for movable work. 51 is arranged and fixed, and approximately 80 to 150
■Place a base material l made of an ALC board of approximately the same thickness. The base material 1 is 3800 x 800 arm for convenience in on-site construction.
A bolt hole 5 having the same diameter as the joint width is drilled at an arbitrary position corresponding to the joint part 4 when the porcelain tile piece 3 is arranged, and a bolt hole 5 is drilled at the center of both ends in the longitudinal direction. Approximately inverted trapezoidal recess 8 in the part corresponding to the installation position of tile piece 3
A through hole 7 is formed in the center of the recess B. Further, a counterbore 5a is inserted into both sides of the bolt hole 5, a port 9 having a single letter-shaped head 8a is inserted therethrough, a nut 1° is attached to the lower end, and the head 9a is arranged so as to protrude.

Next, attach the formwork 5 to H of the formwork 51 so that the height from the bottom surface of the tile board 1 to the top surface of the tile piece 3 is the required thickness.
2 is arranged and fixed, GRC mortar 2 is poured so that it is slightly thicker than the predetermined thickness, and then a temporary mold having similar convex portions is poured on top of the mortar 2 in a portion corresponding to the four portions 6 of the substantially inverted trapezoidal shape. After placing the tile piece 53 and a tile piece set 11 in which a plurality of positioned tile pieces 3 are arranged in other parts and fixed on adhesive paper etc. While applying vibration, the pressing plate 55 is pressed until it comes into contact with the upper surface of the formwork 52, so that the excess GRC mortar 2 overflows into the joint between the tile pieces 3, and after a certain hardening time, the mold is removed. . Finally, after peeling off the adhesive paper 54 and cleaning the joints, the joint material 1 of the desired color is applied.
The tile board A of this example is completed by the books filled with 2. Since the head portion 8a of the port 8 is formed in the shape of a single letter, it enters into the joint portion 12 between the tile pieces 3 without contacting the back surface of the tile piece 3, and a homogeneous horizontal surface is obtained. In this manufacturing method, unlike conventional PC tile boards and GRC tile boards, early movement operations and demolding of the formwork are extremely easy, and prefabricated formwork can be used, eliminating the need for large formworks. Therefore, it is economical.

In addition, in the tile board A based on this embodiment, since the ALC board 1 and the tile piece 3 are fixed by the port 8 together with the adhesive force of the GRC mortar, there will be no peeling or warping between the two, and the mortar Since GRC cement 2 is used as the material, no cracks will occur even after long-term use, and sufficient strength can be obtained with a thin GRC layer, so ALC board 1
A tile board A can be formed that takes advantage of the volume characteristics of the board itself.

FIG. 3 shows a method of attaching such an embodiment, that is, an embodiment of the second invention. As a general method of attaching a large tile board, there is a method of attaching it at the joint part of the tile board, a method of attaching it at the part of the tile piece, etc. exist. For the former, there is a restriction on joint width, so even if you use the T-shaped port number 8, you cannot use a port with a diameter larger than the middle of the joint, which tends to require multi-point support, so it is difficult to fix large tile boards. The latter is preferable since it can be supported at both ends.

The latter method involves removing one or several tile pieces from the position to be supported, fixing them with a fixing member such as a port, and then attaching and fixing the tile pieces to a hole filled with mole.
In the conventional fixing method, the behavior of the structural steel frame, etc. is concentratedly transmitted to the supporting portion, and there is a risk that the tile piece adhered to one of the supporting portions may fall off.

The purpose of this embodiment is to eliminate such drawbacks, and will be explained below with reference to FIG. 3A. First, the steel frame 15
After locking the tile plate A to the anchor port 18 fixed at a position corresponding to the upper tile plate through hole 7, a plurality of hooks are attached to the circumference of the anchor bolt 1B protruding into the tile plate recess 6. Tighten with a screwdriver 19 via a washer 18 on which a shaped metal piece 17 is placed, and then apply GRC mortar 2 to the recess.
After filling, the porcelain tile piece 20 or GRC tile piece is attached to complete the process. In addition, the hook-shaped hardware 17 is the washer 1.

□ For example, Figures 4 and 5 show the so-called pseudo tile board B, in which the surface of the ALC board is tiled. To briefly explain its structure, it is used in the final chamfering process of mass production at a factory. Grooves 31 are cut by mechanical cutting in the joint portions 30.The cross-sectional shape of the grooves 31 is made into a trapezoidal shape with a wide bottom to prevent the joint filler from peeling off, and its depth is made naturally by filling with the joint mortar material. In order to achieve the beautiful tiled surface, the cuts are made that deep. Next, the AL
After the surface of the C board 33 is waterproofed 34, a spray tile finish 35 is applied with a blended paint having a ceramic surface texture, and the joints are filled with mortar material 32 and dried. However, the mortar 32 used is glass #! to prevent cracking and peeling of the joints 30. Mortar material 32 mixed with fibers is preferred. As a method for finishing the tiles 35, it is also possible to use a known electron beam irradiation curing coating method. In addition to mechanical cutting, the grooves 31 can also be formed by pressing a joint-shaped formwork during the ALC board 3 board thickness 3 raw material foaming process.

Such tile board B can be mass-produced without changing the conventional manufacturing process of the ALC board 33, and also takes advantage of the characteristics of the ALC board 33 as a structural frame and is fireproof and lightweight, so it will not be put into practical use in the future. However, in this tile board B, the same four parts 36 and through holes 37 as in the tile board A are formed at the same time as the groove cutting in the pair of tile pieces at the center of both ends, or on-site. The mounting method of this embodiment can be used.

The C board and tile pieces are fixed by bolts with the adhesive strength of GRC mortar, so there is no chance of peeling or warping between the two, and since GRC cement is used as the mortar material, cracks will not occur even after long-term use.
