【発明の詳細な説明】
この発明はコンクリート構造物の施工に使用される型枠
材に関し、特に仕上げ下地兼用型枠材に関するものであ

従来コンクリート構造物の施工において、型枠はコンク
リートの硬化後に解体され、また型枠の解体後はコンク
リート面に仕上げ下地材としてモルタルが塗布されたり
、下地ボードが添着されている。このため型枠の簿体お
よびその片付は作業に限らず、仕上げ下地材の塗布ある
いは取付作業にも多大の時間と労力とを必要とする欠点
があった。このような欠点を解消するために下地ボード
を直接型枠材として使用することも考えられるが、この
下地ボードのみによっては強度的に大きな値を期待でき

ことにより一側面に複数条のリブ4が互いに平行となる
ように突設されている。このせき板2は引張強度を有す
るものであればよく、プラスチック板、セ゛ラミック板

型枠材1は型枠施工図にしたがって工場にて製作され、
複数枚の型枠材1を接続するに際しては、第3図にAで

ってそれらのせき板2に断面コ字形の補強リブ7を溶接
する。この作業は工場で行なわれる。あるいはBで示す
他側の型枠Bのように各型枠材1のせき板2にあらかじ
め補強リブ7を工場で溶接しておき、この補強リブ7を
第4図に示すように現場においてジヨイント金物8で接
続することにより、複数の型枠材1を接続する。また型
枠A、Bの中間部における接続部には、断面M形の支持
部材9を補強リブ7と仕上げ下地板3との間に介添する

業および仕上げ下地材の塗布あるいは取付作業を省くこ
とができ、したがって現場労務の省力化や工期の短縮化
による工費の削減を図ることができ、しかも工場で製作
することができるので精度を向上させることができ、ま
たせき板と仕上げ下地板との間には断熱空間が形成され
るので、構造物の内外の熱移動を抑止して省エネルギを
