DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION [Field of Application] The present invention relates to a dry brick laying structure for brick walls in the interior and exterior of buildings.

BACKGROUND ART Conventionally, so-called wet methods have been known for brick masonry or tensioning structures, in which masonry or tensioning is performed using simortar or other bonding agents. This method has been widely known since ancient times, and allows the construction of brick buildings without the need for special equipment as long as a skilled plasterer is present.

However, this ancient method is a so-called wet method using skilled techniques and a binder such as mortar, which has the disadvantage of being inefficient and increasing the total cost. Therefore, a method was devised in which unit panels (brick boards or brick panels) are produced in advance from bricks in a factory and the panels are assembled on site. However, this method also has the disadvantage that it is suitable for large buildings because the size of the panels is limited, but it is not suitable for relatively small buildings that require wall surfaces of various shapes and sizes. be. For this reason, as a means of easily obtaining a brick wall surface, a brick wall is constructed by forming a wide groove on the back side of a unit mounting plate for brick laying which has a wide protrusion for engaging bricks on the surface to fit into the protrusion. A technology is being considered that consists of a structure for attaching. However, this structure was developed relatively recently and is still immature as a technology, such as problems with the fit between the mounting bracket of the mounting plate and the brick groove. It is rare.

This invention was made in view of the above-mentioned current situation, and in order to facilitate the fitting work between the mounting bracket and the brick, grooves for fitting with the mounting plate are provided on the back surface and lower end surface of the brick. When the complete dry method 1 method is adopted, the brick mounting plate is equipped with a new structure in which the machine mold mounting bracket is integrally formed with the mounting plate to prevent rainwater from penetrating into the interior from where the bricks meet. This technology provides advanced technology. The present invention will be explained below based on embodiments shown in the drawings.

In the figure, 1 indicates the brick body, and 1a indicates the brick body 1.
This is an upper flange formed on the upper end surface (in FIGS. 1 and 2) of the. This upper flange 1a forms the same plane as the back surface of the brick body 1 (the right side in FIGS. 2 and 4), and when masonry the bricks, it overlaps the lower flange of other bricks (described later). Together, they form a brick masonry. In this case, the joint portion 1b having a constant width in the horizontal direction by adjusting the dimensions of each flange is a lower flange formed on the lower end surface of the brick body 1 (in FIGS. 1 and 2).

Reference numeral 2 denotes an engagement groove portion formed in the left-right direction (in FIG. 1) approximately in the center of the back surface (right side in FIG. 2) of the brick body 2. As is clear from Fig. 2, the cross-sectional shape of this engagement groove is curved in an arc shape at the lower part. This shape is adopted from the viewpoint of productivity during punching and prevention of damage during transportation.

In addition, FIG. 3 shows a mounting plate 4 having two engagement protrusions.
However, the number of engagement protrusions to be provided on one unit of mounting plate should be determined by considering the manufacturing process of the mounting plate, ease of handling the mounting plate, and convenience for the surface to be installed. Of course, you can freely set the settings starting from . If you actually make one, two, three, etc., it will be much easier to use during construction. Further, as described above, various lengths of the mounting plate 4 in the horizontal direction can be prepared as required, and may actually have to be prepared.

First, the mounting plate 4 is fixed to the wall surface by nailing or other appropriate means, and then the brick body 1 is slid downward while being pressed against the mounting plate 4. Then, the locking groove 2a and the engagement groove B3 are respectively fitted into the engagement protrusion 4a, and the brick body 1 is fixed to the mounting plate. Next, the packing tool 5 is pushed between the upper end of the brick body 1 and the engagement protrusion 4a located directly above it.

(c) The mounting plate can be of any shape and size, and therefore construction can be carried out according to the shape of the surface to be assembled, as in the case of hand-laying. (Conventional brick panels have rectangular units, so there are major restrictions on the shape and dimensions of the surface to which they are attached.) 2) Complete rain protection. There is a mounting plate made of aluminum or the like on the back of the brick, so even if rainwater gets in through the joints, it will not reach the inside.
