Conventional brick panels have a structure in which a panel is formed from multiple unit bricks, and the bricks are fixed to each other with a cementing agent such as mortar on the back side.
The structure is such that reinforcing bars etc. are run vertically through the unit bricks to strengthen the bond between each brick. In other words, to manufacture brick panels, a joint filler such as synthetic resin pieces is laid out along the joints in the desired formwork, bricks are arranged in this manner, and then mortar as a hardening agent is applied. After pouring and solidifying, remove the formwork and
This is done by taking out the joint filling material from the joint portion on the front side of the panel. As mentioned above, in some cases, reinforcing bars are passed through the bricks in order to improve the strength of the brick panel, but in any case, it is necessary to connect multiple bricks together. To form the panel,
The use of a binder such as mortar is essential, which is why it is called the wet construction method.

This is a brick panel in which a plurality of unit bricks are stretched over a base plate to which mounting fittings for engaging the unit bricks are fixed, via fittings. Each unit brick is provided with a step for joints on the side of each unit brick so that when the unit bricks are stretched on the board, the sides of adjacent unit bricks overlap each other to form a joint. ing.

In this case, front step portions 2 for joints are formed on the front sides of a pair of adjacent sides, that is, a pair of adjacent vertical and horizontal sides, over the entire length of each side. (In the embodiment shown in this figure, the front step part 2 is formed on the left vertical side and the upper horizontal side adjacent to this, but it may also be formed on the right vertical side and the lower horizontal side. (Of course.) This stepped portion 2 consists of a bottom portion 2a and side portions 2b, which are perpendicular to each other.

剤を使用すれば、レンガの張設強度が高まる。 In the figure, reference numeral 6 denotes a substrate of an appropriate size and shape constituting the bottom of the brick panel, and is made of plywood, metal plate, concrete plate, or other materials. The mounting bracket 5 is fixed onto the substrate 6, and the unit brick 1 is fitted into the convex strip 5a of the mounting bracket 5 using its recessed portion to form a brick panel.
In addition, when fitting the unit bricks 1, if an adhesive is used between the bricks and the mounting hardware and between the stepped portions of the bricks, the tensile strength of the bricks will be increased.
