Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は複数の電池室を有する蓄電池用電槽に関するも
のである。
従来より２個の電槽片を接着して１個の電池室を有する
蓄電池用電槽が提案されている。
本発明はこの思想を複数の電池室を有する蓄電池用電槽
に適用するべくしてなされたものであり、複数の電槽片
を接着して形成する複数の電池室を備える蓄電池用電槽
において、各電池室が２個の電槽片の底壁と側壁との接
着により形成されていることを特徴とするものである。
以下９本発明をそのいくつかの実施例を示す図面により
詳細に説明す名。
すなわち第１．第２図はその一実施例におけるそれぞれ
電槽片の接着前および完成時を示す斜視図であり、１．
１’は電槽片、２はその底壁。
６は端側壁、４は中間側壁である。電槽片１゜１′は横
断面「ヨ」字状に形成されており、該電槽片１，１′の
底壁２．端側壁６および中間側壁を接着することにより
２個の電池室５，５′を有する蓄電池用電槽が得られる
。
また第６．第４図は他の一実施例におけるそれぞれ電槽
片の接着前および完成時を示す斜視図てあり、Ｉａ、１
ａ’は横断面「コ」字状に形成された電槽片、１ｂ、Ｉ
ｂ’は横断面「工」字状に形成された電槽片である。そ
して該電槽片１ａ。
１ａ’、１ｂ、１ｂ’の底壁２ａおよび端側壁３ａを接
着することにより６個の電池室５ａ、５ａ’、５ｂを有
する蓄電池用電槽が得られる。
さらに第５．第６図は他の一実施例におけるそれぞれ電
槽片の接着前および完成時を示す斜視図であり、横断面
「ヨ」字状に形成された電槽片１ｃ、１ｃ’と横断面「
王」字状に形成された電槽片１ｔｉ、１ｄ’とを接着し
て、６個の電池室５ｃ。
５ｃ’、５ｄ、５ｄ’、５ｅ、５ｆを有する蓄電池用電
槽を形成するものである。
本発明は以上のごとき構成であるので、以下のごとき効
果を有する。
ａ、電槽片を接着して形成するので、そのための金型が
小さいものてよく、射出成形機も小型のものを用いるこ
とができ、その成形が容易である。
ｂ、金型からの離型が容易であり、このための特別な配
慮をする必要がない。すなわち箱形のものてあれば、一
方向てしか金型より抜くことができないが５本発明によ
るものては。
上方向と横方向を含む任意の方向において金型より抜く
ことができる。
Ｃ６第６．第４図あるいは第５．第６図に示されるごと
き構成のものでは２種類の電槽片を適当数組み合わせる
たけて、所望の電池室を有する蓄電池用電槽を得ること
ができる。

値上５本発明はその工業的価値の大きいものである。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 複数の電槽片を接着して形成する複数の電池室を備える
    蓄電池用電槽において、各電池室が２個の電槽片の底壁
    と側壁との接着により形成されていることを特徴とする
    蓄電池用電槽。
