Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は複数の電池室を有する蓄電池用電槽に関するも
のである。
従来より2個の電槽片を接着して1個の電池室を有する
蓄電池用電槽が提案されている。
本発明はこの思想を複数の電池室を有する蓄電池用電槽
に適用するべくしてなされたものであり、複数の電槽片
を接着して形成する複数の電池室を備える蓄電池用電槽
において、各電池室が2個の電槽片の底壁と側壁との接
着により形成されていることを特徴とするものである。
以下9本発明をそのいくつかの実施例を示す図面により
詳細に説明す名。
すなわち第1.第2図はその一実施例におけるそれぞれ
電槽片の接着前および完成時を示す斜視図であり、1.
1’は電槽片、2はその底壁。
6は端側壁、4は中間側壁である。電槽片1゜1′は横
断面「ヨ」字状に形成されており、該電槽片1,1′の
底壁2.端側壁6および中間側壁を接着することにより
2個の電池室5,5′を有する蓄電池用電槽が得られる
また第6.第4図は他の一実施例におけるそれぞれ電槽
片の接着前および完成時を示す斜視図てあり、Ia、1
a’は横断面「コ」字状に形成された電槽片、1b、I
b’は横断面「工」字状に形成された電槽片である。そ
して該電槽片1a。
1a’、1b、1b’の底壁2aおよび端側壁3aを接
着することにより6個の電池室5a、5a’、5bを有
する蓄電池用電槽が得られる。
さらに第5.第6図は他の一実施例におけるそれぞれ電
槽片の接着前および完成時を示す斜視図であり、横断面
「ヨ」字状に形成された電槽片1c、1c’と横断面「
王」字状に形成された電槽片1ti、1d’とを接着し
て、6個の電池室5c。
5c’、5d、5d’、5e、5fを有する蓄電池用電
槽を形成するものである。
本発明は以上のごとき構成であるので、以下のごとき効
果を有する。
a、電槽片を接着して形成するので、そのための金型が
小さいものてよく、射出成形機も小型のものを用いるこ
とができ、その成形が容易である。
b、金型からの離型が容易であり、このための特別な配
慮をする必要がない。すなわち箱形のものてあれば、一
方向てしか金型より抜くことができないが5本発明によ
るものては。
上方向と横方向を含む任意の方向において金型より抜く
ことができる。
C6第6.第4図あるいは第5.第6図に示されるごと
き構成のものでは2種類の電槽片を適当数組み合わせる
たけて、所望の電池室を有する蓄電池用電槽を得ること
ができる。
d6  製品単価が安い。
値上5本発明はその工業的価値の大きいものである。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 複数の電槽片を接着して形成する複数の電池室を備える
    蓄電池用電槽において、各電池室が2個の電槽片の底壁
    と側壁との接着により形成されていることを特徴とする
    蓄電池用電槽。
