Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 各独立した空圧室を軸方向両側に有するケーシング内に
    収容され、かつ前記空圧室の一方からの圧力作用を受け
    て他方側に移動する運動を交互に生じてピニオンを往復
    回転させるラックと、このラックの往動・復動それぞれ
    の限界位置付近に配設されて各空圧室を軸方向の２気室
    に区画し、かつ前記ラック端に突出形成させた小径部の
    外周との係合により前記２気室を気密的に封止するシー
    ルリングとを備え、前記各空圧室の２気室のうち一方の
    第１気室を空圧源に接続すると共に、他方の第２気室は
    オリフィスを介したバイパス流路により該第１気室に連
    通させたロータリーアクチュエータにおいて、前記一対
    の空圧室に対応してそれぞれ配設したシールリングは、
    前記ラックの移動軸方向に関して相対離隔距離を調整で
    きるように構成したことを特徴とするロータリーアクチ
    ュエータ。
