Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 隔壁２８によって２つの部分２４．２６に分けられてい
    るケーシング２２を含み、上記部分の一方が、上記部分
    の他方に向って軸線方向に延びている棒５０に固着され
    た剛性中央部５２，５４．５６を有する差動圧力応動型
    の可動壁３６を内部に収容し、上記棒がその軸線方向の
    移動を許容する密封通路を介して上記隔壁を貫通するよ
    うに構成されたものにおいて、上記密封通路が、上記棒
    を囲繞し、一端部を上記隔壁に連結されたベロー９４と
    、上記ベローの他端部を上記棒に密封的に固定連結する
    連結装置とを包含し、上記連結装置が、上記可動壁３６
    の中央部の凹所８６内に収容された環状の可撓性密封体
    ８４と、上記棒５０上に嵌装され、上記密封体８４に係
    合するフランジ７８を具えた取付具７４と、上記ベロー
    ９４内で上記棒５０を囲繞し、一端部が上記取付具７４
    に係合すると共に他端部が上記隔壁２８に近接して位置
    されるスリーブ８８と、上記棒５０上に摺動可能に嵌装
    されたスペーサ９Ｇ（！；、上記棒５０のねじ部７２に
    螺着されて上記スペーサ及びスリーブを保持するナツト
    ９２とを備えて成る差動圧力応動弁。
