    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 弁箱１内に、金属製ベローズ２とそのベローズ２の伸長
    により閉弁方向に押圧されかつ開弁用ばね３により開弁
    方向に押圧される弁体４とが設けられている低温作動弁
    において、可撓性材料製保護ダイヤフラム５が前記ベロ
    ーズ２の可動端部とベローズ収容室６の周壁とに固定さ
    れていることを特徴とする保護ダイヤフラム付き低温作
    動弁。
