PURPOSE:To form a breather chamber simultaneously with work and assembly of an engine while improve a separating effect of oil, by providing the breather chamber communicated to a crank chamber between a cam chain chamber and cylinder space. CONSTITUTION:The captioned engine 1 is constituted in such a manner that two pistons 3 connected to a crankshaft 6 are arranged in a V-type while cam chains 20 in a valve rocker mechanism are linked between both sprockets 17, 19 in a cam chain chamber 21 formed from a crank casing 8 to a cylinder head cover 18. While breather chambers 22 are integrally formed between cylinders 2 and the cam chain chambers 21 to communicate the bottom parts of said chambers 22 to the casing 8 through holes 23.
