第１図は、従来のレーザ光用モニタ装置を説明するため
の図、第２図は、この考案によるモニタ装置の一実施例
を示す図であり、図において、１はレーザ発振装置、４
は光学フィルタ、７はオシロスコープ、８は集光レンズ
、９はフォトダイオード、１０は筐体、１１はフード、
１２は出力端子である。なお図中同一あるいは相当部分
には同一符号を付して示しである。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. レーザ発振装置から出力されたレーザ光を入光させ、入
    光されたレーザ光エネルギーを減衰させる光学フィルタ
    と、光学フィルタで減衰したレーザ光を集光させる集光
    レンズと、集光レンズで集、光したレーザ光を電気信号
    に変換するためのホトダイオードとから構成され、レー
    ザ光を電気信号に変換することによりレーザ光のパルス
    幅、パルスピーク電圧など特性の測定を行い得るように
    したことを特徴とするレーザ光用モニタ装置。
