Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は２例えば、ノイズフィルタ用コモンモード・テ
冒−クコイルに適用するに好適なチョークコイルを提供
する。
従来、角型磁心を使用してコモンモード・テ■−クコイ
ルを作成する場合の組立作業図を′ＩｆＩ１図に示した
。あらかじめ巻線１０を行なったコイル１１．１２（二
対し、Ｕ型コア１３．１４を挿入して固定する。しかし
、この方法では、Ｕ型コア１３．１４のりき合わせ接合
部の接着が難かしく。
又、接合部における接着剤の充填をも確認し４＝くい。
本発明では、第２図に示す如＜ｔ　Ｕ型コア２３゜２４
に分割型ボビン２２３，２２４を取りつけ。
巻線２５．２６を施こしである。Ｕ型コア２３゜２４の
つき合わせ接合部２００には、接着剤を使用し、金具２
８．２９により、つき合わせ部を更に固定とする。第３
図（ａ）には１分割型ボビン２２３の分解正面図、第３
図に）には、同分解側面図を示しである。第４図には、
フェライトコア２３に分割型ボビン２２３を取り付けた
後９巻線２５を施こす場合の巻線装置を示しである。固
定棒４３゜４４により、フェライトコア２３を回転自在
に固定し、フェライトコア２３と共に、ボビン２２３を
回転することにより巻線を施こす。第５図には。
金具２９による固定部分を拡大して斜視図として示しで
ある。
本発明に依れば、第４図に示した装置による自動巻線が
可能となり、又、Ｕ全コアのつき合わせ部の接着剤の塗
布も容易であり、その接着状態も目視によって確認が出
来、従って、安価で信頼性の高いチョークコイルを製作
することが可能になる。
本発明の詳細な説明では、Ｕ全コアを２個つき合わせ接
合する場合を例として述べたが、Ｅ型コアを２つ接合し
て作成する場合にも応用できる。
