色フィルタ、Ｇ：緑色フィルタ、１：固体撮像素子、２
．　３．　４：サンプリング回路、５．　６．　７：増

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １　分光特性の異なる複数種の受光素子群が面状に配置
    された撮像装置であって、各受光素子の少くとも２種に
    おいて一方が他方の分光特性を含んだより広い分光特性
    を持ち、両者の出力信号の差により別の分光信号を得る
    カラー撮像装置において、上記２種の受光素子の白色光
    に対する応答が全可視帯域の積分値において等しくなる
    よう特徴付けられた固体カラー撮像装置。 ２　上記分光帯域特性の異なる受光素子間で白色光に対
    する応答を全可視帯域積分値において等しくする手段と
    して、両受光素子の受光面に透過率の異なる灰色フィル
    タを配置することを特徴とした実用新案登録請求の範囲
    第１項記載の固体カラー撮像装置。 ３　上記分光帯域特性の異なる受光素子間で白色光に対
    する応答を全可視帯域積分値において等しくする手段と
    して、該両受光素子の受光窓の大きさを変えることを特
    徴とした実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の固体カラ
    ー撮像装置。
