  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １　電子光学像および光光学像の同時的観察によって電
    子光学像を評価する装置において、電子顕微鏡の近くに
    配置された光光学像の像面１４および電子顕微鏡の側面
    に配置されたケーシング１５を有し、このケーシング内
    に電子顕微鏡の最終像螢光スクリン２１へ像面１４を結
    像するため、真空中の反射ミラー２５、対物レンズ２４
    およびもう１つの反射ミラー２３が配置されていること
    を特徴とする電子光学像の評価装置。 ２２つの反射ミラー２３．２５が屋根形ミラーである実
    用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の装置。 ３　電子光学的結像が反射ミラー２５を通して行われ、
    このミラーがそのために孔を備えている実用新案登録請
    求の範囲第１項または第２項記載の装置。 ４　ケーシング１５の１部が真空気密に形成され、ケー
    シング１５の内部に真空気密の窓が配置されている実用
    新案登録請求の範囲第１項〜第３項の１つに記載の装置
    。 ５　鏡筒を有する対物レンズ２４または対物レンズ２４
    の１つのレンズが真空気密の窓として形成されている実
    用新案登録請求の範囲第５項記載の装置。 ６　像面１４上で製図ペン３３を有する製図装置３１が
    摺動可能であり、この装置が平らな支持−面３２を有１
    、照明点３５が製図ペン３３の製図先端３４の垂直上方
    に配置されている実用新案登録請求め範囲第１項〜第５
    項の１つに記載の装置。 ７　像面１４上を直径を変化しうる照明された測−定絞
    りが摺動可能であり、どの絞りが評価装置と係合してい
    る実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項〜第５項の１つに記載
    の装置。 ８　像面１４にデジタル化装置が配置され、その表示板
    上を光点を備えるカーソルが摺動可能であり、表示板お
    よばカーソルが評価装置と結合している実用新案登録請
    求の範囲第１項〜第５項の１つに記載の装置。
