て該サーミスタ発振信号の温度−周波数特性の直線性を
改善するりニアライズ回路を備え、前記サーミスタ発振
信号を温度値に変換するデコード回路を備えた温度測定
装置において、単位測定時間の開始時から任意の調整時
間だけ遅れて測定制御信号を分周回路に出力する測定制
御回路と、前記リニアライズ回路からの出力信号を所定
の段数だけ分周しこの分周信号の周期を前記測定制御信
号から引き算したりニアライズ出力分周信号を出力する
分周回路と、一定の計数用パルス信号を出力する計数用
パルス回路と、前記リニアライズ出力分周信号と計数用
パルス信号を入力し温度−周波数特性の傾きを一定にす
べくリニアライズ出力分周信号をゲート信号として入力
される計数パルスに一定の割合で間引き又は割込みを
−行なった信号を出力する間引き割込み回路とを備えた
