Claims (1)
センサと空気吸入通路外に置かれた熱線式空気質量流量
基準センサとのペアーで構成され−るセンサをクロック
信号に同期して発生する定電圧パルスで駆動し、空気質
量流量差分に対応するパルス位相差幅をカウントし、空
気質量流量をデジタル信号として検出することを特徴と
するデジタル駆動型熱線式空気質量流量計。A sensor consisting of a pair of a hot wire mass air flow measurement sensor placed in the automobile air intake passage and a hot wire mass air flow reference sensor placed outside the air intake passage is connected to a sensor that generates a constant value in synchronization with a clock signal.
