To explain the degreasing process of each process, the treated product after the degreasing process is coated with degreasing liquid and then enters the water washing process, where the concentration of the degreasing liquid in the washing water is to wash off the adhering degreasing liquid. As the amount of water rises and complete washing becomes impossible, it is necessary to constantly replenish the washing tank with a large amount of fresh water to renew the washing water, and the amount of replenishment water and wastewater treatment cause pollution. This was very inconvenient in terms of work and use, such as increasing running costs.

A feeding device (not shown) is activated to guide the object 3 to be coated from the inlet into the degreasing tank 2, and at the same time, the pump 8 is activated to send the degreasing liquid from the liquid tank 5 through the pump 8 to the piping 6.
The nozzles 7, 7'... start spraying in the degreasing tank 2.

In this case, for degreasing, approximately 50 cc of degreasing liquid is taken out per 1 m2 of the object to be treated, so by spraying water commensurate with the amount taken out, the degreasing liquid adhering to the object to be painted 3 can be washed away. The washed liquid mixes with the degreasing liquid from the pipe 6, enters the liquid tank 5 from the bottom of the degreasing tank 2, and accumulates therein, which prevents the base liquid from decreasing and also prevents chemicals from flowing out. can be prevented.

Since this degreasing liquid has a temperature of about 50 to 60 DEG C., water from the preliminary washing, which increases in concentration as water evaporates, is mixed in with the degreasing liquid, resulting in a degreasing liquid with an appropriate concentration, which can be sent again from the pump 8 and used.

The object to be coated 3 that has been preliminarily washed in this way moves further and is sprayed with water spouting from the nozzles 7, 7' of the manned piping 14 into the washing tank 11 of the washing device 10. Water washing is started, and once the water washing is completely completed, the product is sent to the next process.

In that case, the water after washing collects in the water tank 13 from the bottom of the washing tank 11, and is sent to the pipe 14 by either the water from the connecting pipe 16 or the water supplied by the pump 15. If the water in the water tank 13 becomes dirty, the water is removed by the valve 12. Discharge.
