The delivered chain is achieved by the fact that in a unit for liquid treatment of products containing a flushing bath with jet circuits, a degreasing circuit and a system of vestibules, the flushing bath is equipped with a jet separator made in the form of a hinged partition mounted above the jet contour and. guides mounted on the side walls of the bath; the upper edge of the jet separator is fixed on the guides, and its lower part is hinged on the end wall of the bath. At the same time, the first circuit is installed at an acute angle to the direction of movement of the product, and the last circuit is connected with a pipe for supplying clean water to the hinged partition and installed under the washing circuits with nozzles in such a way that the top edge; The jet separator is located above the water level in the bath and fixed to the guides mounted on the side walls of the bath, and in the lower part the jet separator is hinged under the overflow pipe of the bath on the end wall of the bath, facing the degreasing zone, with the first washing circuit with nozzles inclined towards the movement of products at an acute angle, and the last washing circuit with the shower nozzles is connected to the fresh water supply pipe. FIG. 1 shows the unit, prodsagny section; in fig. 2 — node I in FIG. one; in fig. 3 shows section A-A in FIG. in fig. 4 shows a section BB in FIG. 2. The unit for chemical surface preparation contains vestibules 1, degreasing zone 2 and washing zone 3.. . . The washing zone 3 includes washing circuits 4 AND 5 with nozzles, the washing circuit 6 with the distributing nozzles and the bath 7, In the bath 7 under the washing circuit 4 a separator 8 jets is installed. The top and edge of the splitter 8 jets is located above the water level in the bath 7 and is fixed on the guides 9 mounted on the side walls 7. The overflow pipe U is filled over the splitter 8 jets and connected by a pipeline 11 to the sewage treatment plants. hinged below the water level under the overflow pipe Yu on the tank wall 7, facing zone 2, at the ends of the separator 8, the seals же supply jets 12. The front washing circuit 4 with nozzles is inclined towards the movement second angle, and the last washing circuit 6 is made with attenuating nozzles and connected to the nozzle 13 for supplying fresh water. The unit chemical surface preparation works as follows. The products are treated with a solution in the degreasing zone 2 and enter the washing zone 3, where they are washed with hot circulating water supplied to the washing circuits 4 and 5 with pumping nozzles (conventionally not shown). At the exit from the washing area 3, the product is rinsed with fresh water supplied to the washing circuit 6 with the dispensing nozzles, pipe 13. A large part of the contaminants is carried to the treatment plant through the overflow pipe 10 and the pipe 11. The upper edge of the jet 8 separator prevents water from mixing after the preliminary and the final pro, the mouse. The movement of the booster 8 by the jet-set along the guides 9 of the bath 7 makes it possible to regulate the time of preliminary washing of the products, and the compacted 12 excludes the mixing of the wash water along the height of the separator 8 of the jets under the action of the hydrostatic pressure. The hinge design of the splitter 8 jets creates ease of operation. Pads 1 at the exit and entrance of the unit prevent the air-steam & ampoule mixture from entering the workshop room. In the unit, the washing water with a high concentration of washing solution is separated and discharged into the treatment plant, as a result of which the water for circulation washing is not mixed with 80% washing solution. This means that the consumption of fresh water will be reduced by about 5 times, and the eidel surface will not be contaminated by the cleaning solution that is removed after the prewash. The time of preliminary washing and adjustment of the volume of washing water discharged into the treatment plant is set by the movement of the jet distributor, for which the first washing circuit with nozzles is inclined towards the movement of products at an acute angle. Thus, using an aggregate, a cascade jet rinsing occurs when the contaminated pre-flush water with most of the cleaning solution is separated and immediately
В основном процессе промывки участвует меньшее количество моющего раствора, который необходимо разбавл ть, в то врем как в известных агрегатах полный объем циркулируемой промывочной воды перемешиваетс со всем смываемым раствором и разба& л етс свежей водой дл выполнени требований ГОСТ 9.025-74, а на промывку поверхности изделий и слив в очистные сооружени подаетс одинакова по качеству вода.is allocated to the eyewear facilities, and the main mass. the circulating wash water is mixed with a smaller portion of the washing solution and diluted with fresh water. The main washing process involves a smaller amount of washing solution that needs to be diluted, while in known aggregates the entire volume of circulating washing water is mixed with all the washing solution and the ampoule It is filled with fresh water to meet the requirements of GOST 9.025-74, and the same quality water is supplied to flushing the surface of products and drains.
