Abstract

PURPOSE:To wash an object to be treated having a large amount of oils and fats adhered thereto by washing the same with clean washing water with the advance of said object by allowing the washing water supplied to a washing treatment tank to flow to the second and first sumps successively in the direction reverse to a conveyor advance direction. CONSTITUTION:The second shower washing chamber 4 equipped with the second sump 12 is arranged on a conveyor line 1 behind a washing treatment tank 5 in a conveyor advance direction and the first shower washing chamber 3 equipped with the first sump 11 is further arranged behind said chamber 4. The washing water overflowing from the washing treatment tank 5 is stored in the second sump 12 while the washing water overflowing from the second sump 12 or washing water supplied separately is stored in the first sump 11. Further, the stored washing water in the second sump 12 is sucked up to be supplied as the shower washing water of the second shower washing chamber 4 and the stored washing water of the first sump 11 is sucked up to be supplied as the shower washing water of the first shower washing chamber 3 and a degreasing agent is mixed with the first shower washing water if necessary.

Washing and drying processes must be placed on the line, which leads to longer lines and larger equipment, and requires costly processing facilities and large amounts of processing agents to purify waste liquid from degreasing and film formation. This is a factor that significantly increases painting costs.

There are products that improve this pretreatment process and omit the degreasing process. In other words, the temperature is 70℃, which is constantly supplied and drained quantitatively.
By adding cleaning power such as ultrasonic vibration to washing water at ~100℃ (the closer it is to pure water, the more effective it is) and immersing the processed material, it washes off oils and fats that have adhered during transportation. This makes it possible to shorten the conveyor line and downsize or omit waste liquid treatment equipment.Furthermore, by providing the same equipment for washing with water after film formation, the washing capacity can be increased and the drying process can be omitted.

However, while such a water washing device that also serves as degreasing is sufficiently effective in cleaning minute amounts of oil and fat as mentioned above, it is also used to remove large amounts of oil and fat for cooling and lubrication during processing, and for protection during transportation. There is a problem in that it may not always be possible to wash the adhering processed material sufficiently.

(Problem to be solved by the invention) In view of the above-mentioned problems, the purpose of this invention is to solve the following problems:
By using a water washing treatment device that uses washing water at 70°C to 100°C, it is now possible to wash processed materials that have a large amount of oil and fat attached, without sacrificing the advantages such as simplifying the process and downsizing the waste liquid treatment facility. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a water washing treatment device for a pre-painting treatment process.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the water washing device for the painting pre-treatment process of the present invention has a 70° C. ~100℃
In a water washing treatment device that is filled with washing water and allows the processed material to be immersed and passed through it to be transported by a conveyor, a second sump equipped with a second sump is provided on the conveyor line behind the water washing treatment tank in the direction in which the conveyor travels. 2 shower flushing chambers, and a first shower flushing chamber equipped with a first sump is arranged behind the first shower flushing chamber, and the washing water overflowing from the washing treatment tank is stored in the second sump, and the washing water overflowing from the second sump is is stored in the first sump, and the water stored in the second sump is pumped up and supplied as shower water injection into the second shower flushing room, and the water stored in the first sump is pumped up and supplied as shower water injection into the first shower washing room. It is pumped up and then mixed with a degreaser before being supplied.

(Function) With this method, the processed material transported by the conveyor line first enters the first shower washing room, where it is showered with shower water mixed with degreasing agent, and most of the attached oils and fats are removed. It gets washed away and comes back to the surface. g! : Since the glue is used while being injected into the shower, it is efficient, and by adjusting the amount of injection, the amount used can be minimized. The shake water returns to the first sump, and the wash water in the sump is contaminated with degreasing agents and oils, and the amount of contamination increases due to recirculation, but it is diluted by the washing water that constantly flows in from the second sump. Overall, the concentration is not that high.

爾後の廃水処理が容易である。Subsequent wastewater treatment is easy.

The treated product subsequently enters the second shower washing chamber, and in the second case, the washing water in the second sump is hot water that has flowed in from the washing treatment tank, so it has a strong washing power. Since the amount of degreasing agent brought here is extremely small, the concentration of the degreaser mixed into the second sump is extremely dilute, and it is further diluted by the constantly replenished washing water, making it possible to circulate and use the washing water from the second sump. There is no inconvenience caused by this.

Next, the treated product is immersed in a water washing treatment tank, and the remaining oils and fats are thoroughly washed away with the hot water, and the product is sent to the next step of film formation treatment.
