Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、既築された平屋建物の一部を二階に増築する
、或いは、これから構築される平屋建物の一部を将来に
おいて二階に増築する場合において非常に有用な二階増
築工法を提案せんとする点に目的がある。

平屋の建物の一部を二階に増築する場合、従来では、二
階増築部に相当する一階の既築屋根部分を、例えば、瓦

部材単位、或いは、それに近い単位に分離する解体工事
を行なったのち、増築すべき二階の構造体を構築し、し
かるのち、前記の解体した一階既築屋根部分の構成部材
を二階屋根用の構成部材に流用してこれを組立てる、若
しくは、二階屋根用として新しく準備した構成部材を組
立てる方法が採用されていたが、このような従来の増築
工法によるときは、前記の解体工事ならびに二階屋根の
組立工事に多大な手間を要し工期の長期化、工費の増大
など居住者への負担が余りにも大きい欠点があった。

く、そのトラスユニットのまま増築された二階の屋根ト
ラスとして転用しようとしたものであって、二階増築部
に相当する一階の既築屋根部分を非増築部の既築屋根部
分から切り離すとともに、分解せずに吊り上げ、この切
り離した既築屋根部分に対応する平屋建物上に、増築す
べき二階の構造体を構築したのち、前記切り離した既築
屋根部分を二階構造体上に設置固定することを特徴とす
る二階増築工法である。

となり分解せずに切り離した既築屋根部分を二階構造体
上に設置固定するだけの極く少ない手段をもって、短期
間のうち、経済的に、能率的に増築し得るに至ったので
ある。
