The invention relates to the construction of structures for various purposes, mainly inventory.
1.A folding section of the building is known, including panels of walls and roofs that are hinged together and form folds 1.
Its disadvantages are limitations in the ratio of height to span, as well as additional labor costs on the construction site for embedding roof joints and building gates.
2.Closest to the proposed technical entity is a large-block folding section of the building, including walls, consisting of pivotally interconnected blocks, each of which has a frame made of alternating load-bearing and non-supporting pillars, pivotally connected to brass beams, to which wall fencing panels and flat panels are attached, and the roof consists of hinged blocks interconnected, each of which has a frame made of beams hinged together with strut beams, to which are attached to the panel fencing and roof strips 2.
A disadvantage of the known section is the additional labor costs when installing the network and roof units of the section, as well as when equipping the gate opening.
5 Цель изобретени - снижение деформативности здани при монтаже и демонтаже и упрощение его монтажа и демонтажа .5 The purpose of the invention is to reduce the deformability of the building during installation and dismantling and simplify its installation and dismantling.
3).The goal is achieved by the fact that in a large-sized block folding section of a building comprising walls consisting of hingedly interconnected blocks, each of which has a frame made of alternating load-bearing and non-load-bearing racks, hingedly connected to the partition beams to which the fencing panels are attached walls and flat strips, and a roof consisting of blocks pivotally interconnected, each of which has a frame made of crossbars, pivotally connected to the casing beams to which fencing panels are attached to ovli and flat strips, each wall block is provided with struts, the upper ends of which are fixed to the bundling beams at support arms, and the lower ends - by bundling beams at non-structural uprights. In addition, the carrier racks are equipped with rollers. FIG. 1 shows block-packs of walls and roofs laid for docking with each other, a general view; in fig. 2 - pack-section (from joined block-packs), transferred to the vertical position and installed on the rail-foundations, general view; in fig. 3 - package section, sliding on the rail foundations in working position, general view; in fig. 4 - section in working position (with open gates), general view; in fig. 5 - unfolding of the section frame (the walls for conditionality are conditionally set aside from the roof); in fig. 6 - unfolded small height wall block with closed gate, internal view; in fig. 7 - then G6, with an open gate; in fig. 8 - unfolded wall block of considerable height with a closed gate, internal view; in fig. 9 - the same, with an open gate. The section is assembled from blocks of walls 1 and 2 and roof 3 pivotally interconnected. The frame of blocks 1 and 2 of the walls includes alternating non-bearing 4 and supporting 5 racks, hingedly connected to the strut beams 6, and braces 7. The skeleton of the roof block 3 includes alternating external parts 8 and 9 internal cross-beams, hingedly connected to the common beams 10, and braces 11 (Fig. 5). Panels 12 and 13 of fences are attached to the strut beams 6 and 10, the strips 14 and 15 are attached to the uprights 4 and 5, and the strips 16 and 17 are attached to the crossbars 8 and 9. In the operating position of the section are non-supporting posts 4 and external crossbars 8 , as well as the carrier pillars 5 and the internal girders 9 are fixed frame and form the frame. The side trusses are constructed depending on the height and rigidity of the wall panels 12 of the enclosures. So, if the height is small and for fastening the panels 2 fences, two rows of strut beams 6 are enough, then side trusses are formed by strut beams 6 and braces 7, and in the wall block 2 - with shorter braces 18. If two rows of bracings Since traditional beams 6 for fastening panels 12 of fences are not enough, in both wall blocks 1 and 2, the side frames are formed only of brass beams 6 and braces. The wall block 2 is different from the wall block 1 by the presence of a gate. The gate opening is made under the side truss between adjacent support posts 5, on which, for example, hingedly, beams 19 are attached, having the ability to install temporary (installation) joints 20 for pairwise fastening between them. and braces 21. Spreader blades 22 are attached to the beams 19. A rack 23, located above the opening, the splat 24 and the fencing panels 25 are shortened. The upper ends of the struts 7 and 18 are fixed on the beams b on the side of the supporting struts 5, and the lower ends on the side of the struts 4 and 23. The uprights 5 are equipped with rollers 26. The frame of the blocks of walls 1 and 2 and the roof 3 can be made of rolled steel, panel 12, 13 and 25 fences and pacnaiu fabrics 22 are made of sandwich three-layer roofing panels, and the slats 14-17 and 24 are U-shaped, covering the protruding edges of the fencing panels {other solutions are possible). In the transport position, the blocks have the form of compact packages (block-packages in Fig. 1), transported by lia to the construction site s complete with inventory foundations 27 of small laying, made in factory conditions, and consisting of. napr; from single rails, fixed with a descaling display - the so-called:. In this case, the racks 4 and 8 are located on the outside side b: (shackles and racks 5 tUP / TDH O.LOKpackages. In block 2, the walls of the beam 19 are fixed with each other by temporary (monulage) hinge joints 20 At the installation site the soil, the inventory foundations are laid out 27 y, e. :) who is laying (rail-foundation; block-shaped blocks (block-packets) are laid on the platform on the side (fig. 1). Afterwards, frame-shaped joining together between themselves 5 .and bolts 9. form the internal frames. Received l.Asetsektsu re d t upright, support rollers 26 on inventory: fine laying dents 27 (rail-foundations), and move apart horizontally, for example, with a winch. When BiiemHtic rigli 8 contacts the frame, they are fixed with corresponding stands 4 and 23 (sec the formation of external frames), the section acquires a design rigidity. In this case, the external frames are provided with the help of (on-board trusses) on the internal frames, the horizontal reactions in the lower part of the uprights 4 can be transmitted by specially made protrusions (not shown), mutually operating with inventory foundations 27 of small pledges. After installing the section, temporary (assembly) joint joints 20, pairwise connecting runs between each other (Figs. 5, 6, and 8), are removed and the swing leaves 22 can freely open outwards (Figs. 4, 7, and 9). The end blocks of the walls are similar to the wall blocks LH 2, with this, when they are deployed as guides, in addition to the basement rails, extreme inner beams 9 can also be used to improve the perception of wind forces and expansion and to simplify installation and disassembly of the wall blocks. made in the form of folds (Fig. 3).
Thus, the use of the proposed section simplifies its design and provides a reduction in labor costs on the construction site during installation and dismantling of the building by 40-60%. Thus, the suspension of non-supporting racks (frames) on the carrier prevents the blocks of walls from tilting when the structures are deployed in a vertical position, removes the need to prop up the non-supporting racks after the section is deployed, and also allows the gates between the supporting racks to be assembled in the factory without weakening designs. In addition, an increase in the completeness of inventory structures is achieved.
A section with high factory readiness and quick, easy-to-use assembly and disassembly can be effectively used for erecting buildings and structures for various purposes, especially temporary, in remote areas that are difficult to access and poorly developed, where the time for assembly and disassembly, the number of working and assembly mechanisms should be reduced to a minimum.
