Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は回転グリル付の送風装置に関するものであり、
本体枠に設けたストッパ一部材のスライド位置を調節す
ることで回転グリルに設けられた突起との保合位置を変
え、回転グリルの回転範囲を規制し風向範囲を任意にし
かも簡単に調節できる装置を提供することを目的とした
ものである。
以下本考案の一実施例を図面に基づいて説明する。
第１図は本考案の回転グリルの風向調節装置を設けた送
風装置の断面図、第２図は本考案の回転グリルとストッ
パ一部材との保合関係を示す図である。
主モータ１及びこの主モータによって駆動される羽根車
２、さらに回転グリル４を駆動させる回転グリル駆動用
モータ６は本体枠３に取り付けられている。
前記回転グリル４には羽根車２の回転によって生じた風
を偏向する偏向翼５、及び周囲には中心からの距離がそ
れぞれ異なる位置に複数対の突起７が設けられている。
本体枠３には前記突起７と係合するストッパ一部材が回
転グリル４の径方向にスライド可能になる様に設けられ
ている。
回転グリル駆動用モータ６は方向性のない例えば単相巻
きのステータコイルをもつ小形同期電動機であり、突起
７がストッパ一部材８に係合すると逆方向に回転する様
になっている。
突起７ａと７ｂは中心からの距離が等しく９０°の位相
差がある。
ストッパ一部材８をＣの位置までスライドさせたとき突
起７ａと７ｂはストッパ一部材８に係合する位置にある
。
また突起７Ｃと７ｄも中心からの距離が等しく、１８０
°の位相差があり、ストッパ一部材８をｂの位置までス
ライドさせたとき突起７Ｃと７ｄはストッパ一部材８に
係合する位置にある。
いまストッパ一部材８をａの位置にセットすれば回転グ
リル４は回転グリル駆動用モータ６により一方向の回転
を続ける。
従って羽根車２の回転によって生じた風は全周に送られ
る。
ストッパ一部材８をＣの位置にセットすれば回転グリル
４は突起７ａ及び７ｂがストッパ一部材８と係合する毎
に回転を逆方向に変える。
回転グリルは９０°の間を往復周運動を行なうので風は
９０°の範囲にのみ送られる。
同様にしてストッパ一部材８をｂの位置にセットすれば
回転グリルは７Ｃと７ｄの間を往復周運動を行ない風は
１８０°の範囲に送られる。
以上説明した様に本考案によれば、非常に簡単な構成で
回転グリルの回転範囲を規制することができ、任意の範
囲に風を送ることができるものである。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 主モータと、この主モータによって回転される羽根車を
    本体枠に取り付け、羽根車の前方には羽根車の回転によ
    って生じた風を偏向する回転グリルと、この回転グリル
    を回転する方向性のない小形電動機とを設けたものにお
    いて、回転グリルの周囲に中心からの距離が異なる複数
    対の突起を設け、この突起に係合するストッパ一部材を
    回転グノルの径方向にスライド自在となる様に本体枠に
    設け、ストッパ一部材のスライド位置によりストッパ一
    部材と回転グリルの係合位置を変化させ、回転グリルの
    回転範囲を規制するように構成したことを特徴とする回
    転グリルの回転角度調整装置。
