Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、伸縮するブームに取付けられた薬剤散布用噴
口の開閉装置に関するものである。
伸縮するブームに取付けられた噴口から無差別に散布す
る時は、不必要な場所にも散布し、散布むらなどが生ず
る。
そこで、本発明は、伸長する移動ブームに設けた噴口が
、その支持枠の先端より伸長した位置に達した時に開閉
弁を開放して散布作業を行い、未だ支持枠内に噴口が位
置する時には開閉弁を閉止して散布作業を行なわないよ
うにした伸縮散布装置における開閉装置に関するもので
ある。
即ち、本発明は、移動ブームに配設した噴口の給水管に
開閉弁を設け、その開閉弁の開閉回転軸に弁開放用カム
杆と弁閉止用カム杆とを固着し、移動ブームの支持枠に
弁開放作動杆と弁閉止作動杆とをそれぞれ弁開放用カム
杆或は弁閉止用カム杆に対向して配設したことを特徴と
する伸縮散布装置における開閉装置の構造を要旨とする
ものである。
次に本発明の実施例を図に従って説明すれば、１は伸縮
ブームであって、支持枠２に移動ブーム３が摺動自在に
支持されると共に、捲き取りロープ４、或はラックなど
を設けて伸縮自在に移動できるようにしである。
５は適宜な給水ポンプに連結する送水管であって、移動
ブーム３更には図示してないが支持枠２に取付けられ、
多数の噴口６゜６・・・・・・が配設されている。
これらの噴口６，６・・・・・・は送水管５から分岐さ
れた給水管７，７・・・・・・を介して取付けられてお
り、これら給水管７．７・・・・・・にはそれぞれ開閉
弁８，８・・・・・・が設けられている。
開閉弁８としては各種のものを採用することができるけ
れども、ポール弁が操作上効果的である。
９は開閉回転軸であって、開閉弁８の開閉機構を回動す
るものである。
１０は弁開放用カム杆であって、開閉回転軸９に設けら
れ、これを回動することによって開閉回転軸９を回転し
開閉弁８を開放するのである。
１１は弁閉止用カム杆であって、開閉回転軸９に対し弁
開放用カム杆とは適度の角度を持って並列に固着されて
おり、これを回動することによって開閉回転軸９を回転
し開閉弁８を閉止するのである。
１２は弁開放作動杆であって、支持枠２の先端部におけ
る移動ブーム３に設けた噴口開閉弁８の弁開放用カム杆
１０の移動する通路上に対向して回動自在に設けられて
おり、移動ブーム３が伸長する時にのみ作動するようス
トッパー１３が設けられている。
１４は弁閉止作動杆であって、弁開放作動杆１２と並列
に弁閉止用カム杆１１の移動する通路上に対向して回動
自在に設けられており、移動ブーム３を短縮する時にの
み作動するようストッパー１５が設けられている。
本発明は、叙上のように構成されているので、移動ブー
ム３を伸長する時に、支持枠２の先端位置において、こ
こを通過する移動ブーム３に設けられた噴口開閉弁８の
弁開放用カム杆１０が、第２図に示すように弁開放作動
杆１２の作動を受けて回転し、開閉弁８を開放して、噴
口６は給水を受は散布作業を開始する。
この時、弁閉止作業杆１４は自由に回動して作動しない
。
一方、移動ブーム３を縮少させる時には、支持枠２の先
端位置において、ここを通過する移動ブーム３に設けら
れた噴口開閉弁８の弁閉止用カム杆１１が、第３図に示
すように弁閉止作業杆１４の作動を受けて回転し、開閉
弁８を閉止して、噴口６に対する給水を止め散布作業を
停止する。
この時、弁開放作業杆１２は自由に回動して作動しない
。
このように、本発明による時は、支持枠先端より伸長し
た移動ブームに位置する噴口のみを利用して散布作業を
行うことができるのであって、伸縮散布装置を実用化す
ることができると共に、散布むらを無くして薬害の発生
を防止することができる実益を有する。

第３図は弁閉止時における要部の縦断側面図である。 図中の符号を説明すれば、次の通りである。 １は伸縮ブーム、２は支持枠、３は移動ブーム、４は捲
き取りロープ、５は送水管、６は噴口、７は給水管、８
は開閉弁、９は開閉回転軸、１０は弁開放用カム杆、１
１は弁閉止用カム杆、１２は弁開放作動杆、１３．１５
はストッパー １４は弁閉止作動杆。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. １ 移動ブームに配設した噴口の給水管に開閉弁を設け
    、その開閉弁の開閉回転軸に弁開放用カム杆と弁閉止用
    カム杆とを固着し、移動ブームの支持枠に弁開放作動杆
    と弁閉止作動杆とをそれぞれ弁開放用カム杆或は弁閉止
    用カム杆に対向して配設したことを特徴とする伸縮散布
    装置における開閉装置。
