本发明涉及医疗器械技术领域,尤其是涉及一种医用杀虫剂喷洒装置。
背景技术
为消灭病虫害在医院所使用的喷杀剂药筒进行灭杀蚊子时,其喷洒的效率较低,无法满足一些空间较大的范围内使用,并且喷洒的不够均匀,导致一些区域喷洒的较多,另外一些区域喷洒的较少,进而会造成资源的浪费,并且会增加成本,自动化程度低,人工劳动强度大,移动不方便。
因此,有必要提供一种新的技术方案以克服上述缺陷。

本发明的目的在于提供一种可有效解决上述技术问题的医用杀虫剂喷洒装置。
为达到本发明之目的,采用如下技术方案:一种医用杀虫剂喷洒装置,所述医用杀虫剂喷洒装置包括底板、位于所述底板上方的支撑装置、位于所述支撑装置左侧的第一电机装置、位于所述支撑装置上方的旋转板、位于所述旋转板上方的筒体装置、位于所述筒体装置右侧的第二电机装置、位于所述筒体装置右侧的抽取装置、位于所述抽取装置左侧的气缸装置及位于所述筒体装置左侧的喷气装置。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:本发明医用杀虫 剂喷洒装置结构简单,使用方便,自动化程度高,降低人工劳动强度,提高工人的劳动效率,并且喷洒的量较大,可以对空间较大的区域进行喷洒,有效的缩短了喷洒的时间,使得杀虫剂喷洒作业轻松高效。同时移动方便,可以任意将其移动到需要的位置。并且可以多角度进行喷洒作业,使得喷洒的较为全面,并且在杀虫剂喷出时,同时对其吹气,使得杀虫剂能够均匀的喷洒出去,喷洒的面积大且均匀,减少资源的浪费,降低成本,同时可以缩短杀虫剂在筒体内滞留的时间,使得喷液与吸液同时进行,大大缩短了时间,大大提高了喷洒的效率。

如图1所示,所述喷气装置9包括第三支撑块91、位于所述第 三支撑块91右侧的第四支撑杆92、设置于所述第四支撑杆92上的第二滚轮93、位于所述旋转板4上方的第三管道95、设置于所述第三管道95上的风机96、位于所述第三管道95上方的喷气块94、设置于所述第三管道95上的第四横杆97、位于所述喷气块94左侧的弹性杆98、设置于所述第四支撑杆92上端的第六弹簧99及位于所述第三支撑块91上方的凸块90。所述第三支撑块91的横截面呈直角梯形,所述第三支撑块91的下表面与所述旋转板4的上表面固定连接,所述第三支撑块91上设有第五凹槽911,所述第五凹槽911的横截面呈直角梯形。所述第四支撑杆92呈长方体,所述第四支撑杆92竖直放置,所述第四支撑杆92的下端与所述旋转板4的上表面固定连接,所述第四支撑杆92上设有贯穿其左右表面的方孔921。所述第二滚轮93呈圆柱体,所述第三滚轮93收容于所述方孔921内且与所述第四支撑杆92轴转连接,所述筒体51穿过所述方孔921内且顶靠在所述第三滚轮93上。所述喷气块94的一端与所述集中斗53的侧面固定连接,所述喷气块94内设有一空腔941、位于所述空腔941上方的若干第一圆孔942及位于所述空腔941下方的第二圆孔943,所述空腔941呈长方体状,所述第一圆孔942设有若干个且分布在所述喷气块94的上表面上,所述第二通孔943设置在所述喷气块94的下表面上且与所述空腔941的内部相通。所述第三管道95的上端对准所述第二圆孔943且与所述喷气块94的下表面固定连接,使得所述第三管道95的内部与所述空腔941相通,所述第三管道95的下端对准所述第一通孔401且与所述旋转板4的上表面固定连接。所述风机96用于将外界的空气吸入到所述第三管道95内。所述第四横杆97呈水平状,所述第四横杆97收容于第五凹槽911内且与所述第三支撑块91固定连接,所述第三管道 95贯穿所述第四横杆97的上下表面且与其固定连接,从而对所述第三管道95起到固定作用。所述弹性杆98呈弯曲状,所述弹性杆98采用弹性材料制成,所述弹性杆98的上端与所述喷气块94的左端固定连接,所述弹性杆98的下端顶靠在所述第三支撑块91的左表面上且与其滑动连接,从而对所述喷气块94起到支撑作用。所述第六弹簧99呈倾斜状,所述第六弹簧99的右端与所述第四支撑杆92的上端固定连接,所述第六弹簧99的左端与所述第一斜杆516固定连接。所述凸块90呈横截面为半圆的柱体,所述凸块90水平放置,所述凸块90的下表面与所述第三支撑块91的上表面固定连接,并且可以对所述筒体51起到支撑的作用。
如图1所示,所述本发明医用杀虫剂喷洒装置使用时,首先握住握持架75,将第二盖板74及第一堵塞块76取出,然后往水箱73内放入需要喷洒的杀虫剂,然后握住握持架75,将第一堵塞块76收容于水箱73内,并且将第二盖板74盖在水箱73内,由于第二弹簧78的设置,对第一堵塞块76的两端起到了压力的作用,使得第一堵塞块76旋转从而使得第一堵塞块76的两端顶靠在水箱73的内表面上,从而起到了堵塞的作用。然后第一推板65在第一弹簧67的作用下向左移动,直至移动到筒体51内的左端,然后启动水泵72,并且打开第二阀门,使得水箱73内的杀虫剂进入到第二管道71内,然后进入到筒体51内,直至充满筒体51内且位于第一推板65的右端,然后关闭第二阀门,并且打开第一阀门56,然后启动第二电机62,使得输出轴63旋转,然后使得连接线64向右下方拉动第一推板65,在第一密封环66的作用下,使得第一推板65右侧的杀虫剂进入到第一管道55内,然后经过第五通孔514进入到筒体51内且位于第一推板65的左侧,直至第一推板65移动到最右端, 然后关闭第一阀门56,并且关闭第二电机62,使得第一推板65及第一密封环66在第一弹簧67的作用下向左移动,并且推动第一推板65左侧的杀虫剂向左移动,并且进入到集中斗53内,经过第一盖板54上的第六通孔541喷出,同时启动风机96,使得外界的空气经过第一过滤框403及第一海绵块402的过滤后经过第一通孔401进入到第三管道95内,然后经过第二圆孔943进入到空腔941内,然后经过若干第一圆孔942对从第六通孔541喷出的杀虫剂进行喷气,进而可以使得喷洒出去的杀虫剂较为均匀,且分布的面积较大,减少资源的浪费。此时打开水泵72及第二阀门,使得水箱73内的杀虫剂进入到筒体51内且位于第一推板65的右侧,然后关闭第二阀门,待第一推板65左侧的杀虫剂全部喷出以后,启动第二电机62,使得第一推板65及第一密封环66向右移动,重复上述步骤即可,从而可以源源不断的进行喷洒作业,并且喷液与抽液同时进行,节约时间,提高效率。当需要调节喷洒的角度时,可以启动气缸81,使得推动架83不断的左右移动,进而使得移动杆87可以不断的沿着定位架86左右移动,然后使得筒体51不断的被向左右方向拉动,使得第三滚轮83转动,当筒体51被向右拉动时,筒体51左端喷出的杀虫剂角度较小,可以喷洒的较远,当筒体被向左推动时,所述筒体51的左端喷出的角度较大,使得喷洒的较近,进而可以根据需要进行调节,筒体51在被不断的左右移动时,弹性杆98的下端与第三支撑块91的左表面滑动,对喷气块94起到支撑作用。第六弹簧99对第一斜杆516起到支撑作用,进而对筒体51起到了支撑的作用。然后可以启动第一电机31,使得第一齿轮35旋转,进而带动第二齿轮44旋转,使得第一支撑环42及第二支撑环45旋转,进而使得旋转板4旋转,从而可以带动筒体51旋转,可 以对其他区域的空间进行喷洒作业,所述第二限定块461及第一限定块40压在第二支撑环45上且与其发生滑动,从而对所述第二支撑环45起到定位的作用,防止第二支撑环45晃动。并且第一顶靠轮26顶靠在第一支撑环42的内表面上且开始滚动,对第一支撑环42起到定位的作用。并且由于第一滚轮12的设置,可以方便的将其移动到需要的位置上,并且第二定位轴在第一滑块20内旋转。至此,本发明医用杀虫剂喷洒装置使用过程描述完毕。

  2. 如权利要求1所述的医用杀虫剂喷洒装置,其特征在于:所述第一支撑块的横截面呈等腰梯形,所述第一支撑块的上表面与所述底板的下表面固定连接,所述第一支撑块的下表面设有第二凹槽,所述第一滚轮呈圆柱体,所述第一滚轮收容于所述第二凹槽内且与所述第一支撑块轴转连接。
