Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は指かけリングを具えた中空容器の製造予備成形
品に係るものである。
従来より、比較的大容量の中空容器は、該容器に液体収
納物を充填すると予想以上に重量が大となる故、多くの
場合容器の首部に紐をかけて提げるようにした。
然し最近は人件費の高騰により省力化が要求されるよう
になったので、本考案は上述のような紐をかける手数を
省くようにしたものであること下記の通り。
第１図に示すようにポリエステル等の熱可塑性合成樹脂
から成る中空容器１０における所望の口部１１形状を具
えると共に、二次成形によって、第１図に示すような中
空容器１０としたときに所要の胴壁１２肉厚となるよう
な管壁１５を具えたところの第２図に示す予備成形筒１
４において、口部１１の下部に、二次成形後の容器の指
かけリング１３となる同寸の成形物１３を付設する。
尚この指かけノング１３は第３図に示すように予備成形
筒１４の中心線１７上且つ軸方向と該リング１３の平面
方向とを合一させた構造とする。
上述の如く予備成形筒１４に二次成形後の容器の口部１
１となる同寸の口部１１′及び指かけリング１３となる
同寸の形状物１３′付した構造の予備成形品１６とした
から之を二次中空成形用金型へ挿入する為、該金型のバ
ーテングライン接合面に、予備成型品１６の指かけリン
グ形状物１３′の挿入窩を容易に刻設し得る。
そして、挿入窩を刻設した二次中空成形用金型へこの予
備成形品１６を挿入して成形するときは、指かけリング
１３を付した第１図に示すような中空容器１０を容易に
得ることができる。
上述の如く本考案は吹込式二次成形加工を施すところの
、予備成形筒１４の上部に、二次成形後口部１１となる
べき同寸の口部形状１１′を設けると共に、該口部形状
１１の下側部分に、二次成形後の容器の指かけ１３とな
る同寸の形状物１３′にして該指かけリングの平面方向
と、予備成形筒１４の中心線上軸方向とを合一とした構
造を特徴とする中空容器用予備成形品であるから之に二
次成形を容易に施し得て容器に指かけリングを具えた中
空成形品を得ることができる。

側面図にして第３図は予備成型品の指かけリング方向よ
りの側面図。 １０−中空容器、１１＝容器口部、１２−胴壁、１３＝
指かけリング、１４−子備或ｊ形筒、１５＝管壁、１６
＝予備成形品。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 吹込式二次成形加工を施すところの予備成形筒１４の上
    部に、二次成形後口部１１となるべき同寸の口部形状１
    １′を設けると共に、該口部形状１１′の下側部分に、
    二次成形後の容器の指かけ１３となる同寸の形状物１３
    ′にして、該形状物１３′の平面方向と、予備成形筒１
    ４の中心線上軸方向とを合一とした構造を特徴とする中
    空容器用予備成形品。
