  1. 機器に取付けるための取付穴を有する絶縁性耐熱基板の
    リード線挿入穴に、ガラス封入サーミスタのリード線部
    を挿入し、前記絶縁性耐熱基板とガラス封入サーミスタ
    のリード線部との間隙を耐熱充填剤で充填固定してなる
    サーミスタ温度センサ。
