Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）負荷と直流電源とが直列に接続される第一、第二
    の端子と、 センサ回路部と、 前記センサ回路部の出力に基づいて前記第一、第二の端
    子間を開閉するスイッチング回路部と、を有し、前記第
    一、第二の端子を通じて直流電源の電力を前記センサ回
    路部及びスイッチング回路部に供給する直流二線式無接
    点スイッチにおいて、 前記スイッチング回路部の開閉用トランジスタをダーリ
    ントン接続されたトランジスタによって構成したことを
    特徴とする直流二線式無接点スイッチ。
  2. （２）前記センサ回路部の出力を整形するシュミットト
    リガ回路を有し、前記スイッチング回路部のダーリント
    ン接続トランジスタのベースを抵抗を介してシュミット
    トリガ回路の出力トランジスタのコレクタに接続したこ
    とを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の直
    流二線式無接点スイッチ。
  3. （３）前記センサ回路部の出力を整形するシュミットト
    リガ回路を有し、前記スイッチング回路部のダーリント
    ン接続トランジスタのベースを定電圧素子を介してシュ
    ミットトリガ回路の出力トランジスタのコレクタに接続
    したことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記
    載の直流二線式無接点スイッチ。
