Claims (1)
- 電源と誘導性負荷とその接続をスイッチングするトラン
ジスタより成るスイッチング回路において、トランジス
タのベースと、誘導性負荷とトランジスタの接続側の逆
側の端子を抵抗とコンデンサの直列回路で結ぶことによ
り、トランジスタのスイッチオフ時の望ミッタとコレク
タ間の逆起電圧を抑制することを特徴とするスイッチン
グトランジスタの逆記電圧抑制回路。
