Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 ローラーに関するものである。
従来、複写機における原稿搬送ローラーは、例えば駆動
ローラー１をソリッドクロロブレンゴムテ形成し、従動
ローラー２をポリウレタンフォームで形成しているが、
複写原稿Ｐが両ローラー１、および２の間で一定の圧力
で挾まれて搬送される時に、特に鉛筆書き原稿の鉛筆粉
が従動ローラー２に転写し、その汚れが蓄積されると＼
もに、原稿の白紙部が汚染され、コピーが不鮮明になる
ことがあった。
本発明は、か＼る問題に対処したものであり、種々実験
の結果、前記汚染の程度は両ローラーの材質（硬度、平
滑度等）によって相違することが判った。
就中、従動ローラー２を陽極酸化表面処理したアルミニ
ウムで形成すると、従来のポリウレタンフォームに比し
て前記汚染が大きく改善された。
そこで、本発明は、原稿表面に接触する従動ローラー２
と、同従動ローラー２に相対する駆動ローラー１で構成
された複写機の原稿送りローラーにおいて、従動ローラ
ー２を陽極酸化表面処理したアルミニウムで形成したも
のであり、その際両ローラー間の挾持圧は、スプリング
等を使って与え、駆動ローラー１が接触部で変形しない
程度にした。
かくして、本発明によれば、従動ローラーの汚染が減少
し、常時鮮明なコピーが得られる。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 原稿表面側に対する従動ローラーと、同従動ローラーに
    相対する駆動ローラーで構成された複写機の原稿送りロ
    ーラーにおいて、前記従動ローラーを陽極酸化表面処理
    したアルミニウムでＪｔ’４４したことを特徴とする複
    写機の原稿送りローラー。
