Claims

In a semiconductor rectifier device in which a stud-shaped semiconductor element is attached to an insulating plate via a cooling fin, a strip-shaped conductor is formed into a T-shape, the cooling fin is attached to the middle part, and one of the pieces serving as a terminal is connected to the disconnected wire. A semiconductor rectifying device characterized by having a plate passed through the plate and an intermediate portion fixed to an insulating plate with a single mounting screw.
